Crave.

I crave the way you look at me-
The way your lips flicker upwards,
Into a lazy smile.

I crave your touch-
The way you hold me so effortlessly,
So I never feel alone.

I crave your softer side-
The way you tell me exactly how you feel,
I can never doubt you.

I crave you-
The way you make me feel,
I love you, and don't think I can stop.

Fear.

Fear.

As the wind hurtles past my face,
Everything goes blurry-
There's a dull thumping of hooves,
A dead weight in my hands-
Getting stronger and stronger.

The strength is impossible to fight,
I don't know where we're going,
Or where we'll stop.

A sensation I used to love-
A sensation I used to thrive off,
Riding relaxed me-
Took all my worries away.

Now I'm petrified-
The courage I used to have, gone.
The worst thing is,
Admitting I'm scared of horses,
The thing I love most.

Time is everything.

Time is everything.

I hated the way you looked,
Disappointed-
But I find it so difficult,
To put my heart into my mouth.

I wish you could understand,
My body language alone-
Speaks a thousand words.

The way I look at you,
Complete awe-
I couldn't lose you,
I'd fall apart at the seems.

You're like home to me,
My comfort blanket-
I just know everything will be ok.

Just give me time,
One day-
I'll voice how I really feel.

I want to make you feel special,
Like how you make me feel-
Just give me time.

For now,
Just accept my body language-
For I couldn't bare to lose you.
