so bright that I couldn't help but get
burned.

I want you to fold me up,
tiny as a the pick between your fingers,
and hide me in your pocket
for the times when you want my harmonies.
if u haven't noticed I write about girls through the cities they're from or where they want to be

someday she will stop answering your calls
she will not respond to your texts
and you hands will shake as your heart pounds.

you will mistake obsession with adrenaline
and confuse infatuation with love
all for a girl who left you in a cafe.

someday you will cradle the thought of her
instead of feeling her warm in your arms.

someday you will feel exactly how I felt
someday you will ache like I ached.
real friends makes me sad

we're just broken hearted fools,
living on the streets.

she was a fairy tale

Snow White,
Snow White,
Will you keep me warm tonight?

Snow light, snow light,
Tucked up in your tower tight,
Stuck inside all safe and warm.

You're the calmness and I'm the storm.
it turns out I like prose more than poetry surprise surprise (though the right align look super cool)
