Last, Yet Memorable
Bryan Padilla Dec 2018
crack!

The fireworks set off
Nothing but light and colors
Fusing in a relationship like fathers and mothers

Her and I
Close to each other, seeing each other’s starlight eye
Holding each gaze to never say goodbye

crack!

Another bundle of light and colors join together again
Sharing a sweet image, sort of like a candy cane

Her and I
Moving so close, but heading far away
Eyes shut, lips trembling
Meeting for one last moment

sizzle*

The colors and lights grow apart
Their relationship making it seem so ****
All is dark
Sky settling in

My lips left with one touch
My eye left with one image
For one moment, has been memorable
Her eyes are gone
Her lips are untouched
For one moment, has been the last

So...I...I know that I haven’t posted in a while...well at this point I haven’t payed in a long time...but Christmas got to me this time of the year...so I’m sorry for that
Either way...if you have some questions about the poem...and what it means...feel free to go ahead..but I also...umm...appreacite it if you...took your own approach of the poem before messaging me...
Either way...uhh...bye-bye..

Death To Me
Bryan Padilla Dec 2018
I do not expect for you to understand this
Neither do I expect for I to understand this
Read and see
Listen and try to be me
For this is a poem that can not be read up to three

Death to me can be complicated
Yet so simple
From one definition to the other
Only that one definition sticks with me

Death can be sad
Or it can be happy
I do not care what you choose
Whatever emotion your heart stands on, let it be
But I understand death can be sad, happy, or angry

Death is yellow
Or red
Maybe even blue
Whatever color you decide to represent your emotions
From red to rage, from blue to sadness, and yellow to happiness
Or maybe not even a color floats for you
Only maybe me

Death is what I see
Or maybe what I hear
Senses are so complicated

Death is given to you and me
To not only to experience, but to interpret it
You can simplify it or complicate it
It can be sad or happy, do what you want
It can be a color, or not
What do I care?
Death is what I know, how do you know it?
I don’t expect anyone to like this...why? One period of history class, that’s why...but either way...enjoy it..(or not...)

Picturing ourselves on the ground
Nowhere we can be be found
Oh, nothing can save us now

Como poderíamos salvar esse amor?
Sem dizer nada que poderia nos machucar

Nós desejamos saber o que estava acontecendo na mente um do outro
Sem nos bater em nossas próprias palavras

Picturing ourselves on the ground
Nowhere we can be found
Oh, nothing can save us now

Picturing ourselves on the ground
Nowhere we can be found
Oh, nothing can save us now

My Truth To You
Bryan Padilla Nov 2018
Look at me, and see what I’m trying to speak
Hear me, and try to understand these words that hurt me

Don’t let anybody else intervene
Because this situation is between you and me

I guess we played our cards wrong
I admit it that it is my fault
But how else will I speak
This truth that affects you and me

— The End —
