Leamington Spa Father, Husband, Personal Tutor and a Friend.
I wrote a collection of poems when I was younger so much younger than today- looking back I fondly remember the summer of 1976. I was in the most wonderful place (The City of London) and so much in love with 4 followers / 554 words
Let me say from the start I am just playing a part The part of a fool you see I’m not really dim And I can’t even sing Yet I still wear a smile and grin
You’re looking my way And say it’s ok Still I’m frightened to touch Just in case it’s not such You’re looking my way And say it’s okay Then you get up and walk away
Her laughter I hear Now that I’m sitting near Her laughter’s of pain Yet she thinks it’s a game She can’t help what she feels Nor say what she means to mean
