Being a woman is defined by your brain, your strength, your soul, your character and the way you carry yourself. You are strong!

You are strong because you are independent. You are strong because you also know when to lean on others. You are strong because of what you’ve pushed through as a child, and what you continue to overcome as an adult.

You are strong because of your perseverance, your faith, your positivity. You are strong because you smile, because you try so hard, because you never quit when it comes to defending those you care for.
You are strong because you are a woman that doesn’t let herself be defined by the world, but instead carves her own path.

You are strong because you put others first, because you trust, because you give your heart away, and because you love.

But you don't always have to be the strongest one all the time. You can have your share of bad days and you shouldn't have to feel guilty about having them.

Being strong is one of the toughest job out there. Sometimes you make it look like you're okay for the people around you, so you aren't bothering them with your problems of their own.

Take the time for yourself to take off your armor and hang up your shield. Allow yourself to feel things other than hiding, locking, and pressing those feelings way down until they disappear.

You're strong enough to allow yourself that privilege of letting yourself apart into a puddle of emotions.

You are strong enough to fall apart and you are strong enough to put yourself back together.
