But I still find my way
through words and poetry,
through the strokes of my brush,
through the swaying of the notes
I've even never heard of,
dancing through the midnight grey
while waiting for a new day
to dawn.
Angelo Greñas Dec 2020
You look dashing today,
Did you suit yourself in a fancy hat and trousers?
Good, I really love it;
Today, wear your skin with pride.

Go,
Explore the forgotten dusty vinyl records,
The lyrics, the songs that made you dance,
Thoughts of going around, enjoying your day
On your own.
Goodness... you see in every stranger’s eyes,
And always keep in mind the
Satisfaction you’ve been craving for.

Wear something that makes you feel that life is worth living,
That every time you breathe a moment of clarity,
Smile genuinely slips like the enchanting crescent moon;
Confidently, step out and see the world with open eyes.

Hope, you,
Fall for your flaws, your eyes, your edges, your skin,
In sheer admission, declare that you’re loved,
Love isn’t really that mysterious; truly simple yet caring,
With keen anticipation of what’s coming next,
Being mindful of the curves of your body,
Alive justly, to conquer the world once
Again with your dreams and aspiration,

The ones that keep you breathing, alive, and kicking.
