The Falling Leaves
Asqarini Mar 2017
I’ve waited for a beautiful summer
Where the sun is not shy enough
To share its light
And I waited
And I waited
With excitement
Full of joy

But all of a sudden
In a blink of an eye
Up side down
I guess the twist of faith
That walked and passed me by
Didn’t permit me?

Maybe I should
Keep myself as a loner
As an outcast
As a solo

But also as a dreamer
As a winner
That never stops
And always hope

That my bliss
One day will come

Even though after
The leaves falls
Is the winter

And after is the spring
Long ..and I’m still waiting

But in the end
It will be
My summer
