My room is my asylum
Arianna Anderson Dec 2011
In the background again
I've let myself slip into the title "no one"
Forgotten but not abandoned purposely
I isolated myself for my own good
To keep me sane
But it's not working
I've driven myself mad

Intertwined
Your hands grasping mine and I gasp
It's our first time
So intimate but I laugh
We don't know what goes where
Or how this works
But it feels so good

Abomination
Arianna Anderson Dec 2011
A tragic simile to compare
An unfortunate situation that left me bare
Attempt to ****** me, you wouldn’t dare
A rumor that abolished my affair

The blaze that melted my lip stain
Red and purple upon my window pane
An enduring week that has me drained
In order to live I had to abstain

Your trust in me was just a dream
You ripped open the heart of my seam
Shot down by your merciless beams
No generosity for me, intolerance it seems

Revenge in your heart was in the past
Malevolence is sure to last
A never ending resentment cast
Upon your heart full of grief

— The End —
