When the home falls apart
What is left but halves of hearts
Torn, you leave us bewildered
Shot to peices

Fight, fight one another
Fight, fight to stay together for every other
For every other person with a white picket fence
For every other viewing your dwindling desire towards your "significant other"

When the fire expires
When the ashes have fallen
and the smoke has risen
What is left standing
Just the family that had to listen

Thanks mom and Dad, you really had it bad
Follow the craze as we sit in a daze
Today, divorce is just a fad.
Its all okay
Just as long as you two are glad.

Young girl
You get your fix
From every other boy that you pick
Standards once high, now sink low

The attention you crave
Does not go unnoticed
You are digging a callow grave

Once you have realized what you have done
All that seemed fun
Is now tossed in your face
Slow your pace

Reaching the high school low is common
For the promiscuous freshman
Blame the "pressure" for your weekend discretions

Adolescent life reflects poker
Come monday, you will realize
High school is one huge masquerade
Young girl, here come the jokers.

With every day that passes by
the conjouring thoughts of you never leave my mind
The infactuation your spell binds me with
raddles my senses into a saturation

Twisting and Tugging at my every emotion
My heart begins to lurch
My knees begin to weaken

When time comes to make our greeting
When our bodies collide
I plan to be captivated
by your entire entity

Our time will be made of continuous serendipity.

Medicated
That's how I stay
While my thoughts of you elevate

Suppress
That's what I do
In attempt to get over you

Numb
That's how I feel
In a life so surreal

Fear
It's your, not my state of mind
Visible by a beautiful divide

Move on
That's what I do
That's how I feel
That's my state of mind

I hope happiness is what you find.

The silence is no longer comforting
My heart which once beat slow
like the tide into the shore
Now races like an arrow leaving a bow
rapids over rocks across the sea floor

Sinking deeper into the skin I am in
Absorbing the world around me
like a flower does the rays
I soak in seldom glee
Is this how I'll spend the rest of my days?
