full bottle of pills
I'm about to take
please don't try to wake me
there's no point in trying anymore
I'm pathetic and nobody gives a ****
tired and sick of living this way
I gave up
six pills down
fifty three left to go
a.m.
came across my old journal and found this

screens

her computer screen,
it showed pictures.
some of you, some of your friends,
but when she saw one of those pictures,
that you were in,
her heart,
it seemed to skip a couple beats.
the way you smiled
with that other girl.
the way you kissed
that other girl.
that's when it hit her,
like a ton of bricks
just crushing her heart;
her poor innocent heart.
that was when she had figured it out.
she figured it out.
that girl, would never
in a million years,
be her.

more than life
angie Dec 2013
1st poem I've ever posted on here so don't judge please :)
~
You were the only person
who could simply put a smile
on her beauty-filled face,
{although she seemed to think
the complete opposite
}
you made her laugh,
and smile but
she loved you,
more than life.
But most of all,
you broke her.
Into a million pieces,
you broke her heart,
put scars on her poor wrists,
made her feel worthless.
She gave on you,
she gave up on life,
she gave up on hope and strength.
All because
you didn't love her,
you didn't love her back
the way she loved and craved you.
