When I drive by your house
So white its striking
How can you paint over me like I'm a stain when your eyes used to give me the round glossy sympathy of a scared little bird
Do you still think about me when you vacuum your carpets?
Or when you drive you car that guzzles gas as fast as I can guzzle enough liquor to chase away what we used to talk about on Fridays
Now you can get away from me as fast as you can scroll your mouse away from my friend request
You told me you would do whatever you could
And it kills me to think that offer only lasted until I threw my cap
You were gone before I caught it
I dream about you so much
I'm forgetting the sound of your voice
And the shape of your nose
But no matter how hard I try I can't forget the way you ran your fingers through your silky hair
Bride of Frankenstein,
I see you changing eyes
Do you remember anything about me?
Or was it all my laboratory invention
Dressed in amniotic fluids, laced with sparks of electricity
Brought to life in my dreams that will never be reciprocated
I'll follow you to the land of ice and snow just to ignite myself to ashes that will freeze under your feet

i know you have convinced yourself of your radiant colors
and i of mine
and we continue to walk around this earth
you at night because you standout against the night sky
me in the day because i blend in with the concrete
if you are the florescent friends i am 10 shades duller

When you see the evidence let your heart sink below the floor. There is no use in trying to pull it up because they are all stronger than you and they are pushing down
Spend as much time as you want formulating your questions, you pleas, your requests, but remember that all that time will be going to waste because they don't care never have, never will
Try not to feel bad for yourself because it is your fault after all. They'll never accept you after your past of failing to win their esteem
You can ask them what to do to be good enough but they will never respond. To them you are just a beggar in the streets
Go outside and try to smoke them out of you. Smoke the whole pack if you need to.
Don't you dare cry. Don't give them the satisfaction of knowing that they are strong enough to squeeze your lungs so small you don't have enough air to believe you are human
Get so drunk you don't remember their names. Drink and mark a notch in your arm for all the times you failed to be lovable, and cut one for the colors of each of their eyes
