Touch me “Not”
A-nonymous Dec 2011
Touch me not say the morning due to the sunrise disappearing as the sun grew
Touch me not say the coconut tree with its fruits hanging aloof,
Touch me not say the frog with bright red spots corking under the Buttress roots,
Touch me not says the indulging and then eluding dreams.

Touch me not says the maiden, playfully resisting her lover’s every move
Touch me not say the open shore to the teasing ocean waves,
Touch me not say the blood colored fruit to the naive traveler,
Touch me not say the blazing sun to Icarus, son you can’t fly to the sun,
Touch me not says the peeved kid pouting and showing it’s irk.

Touch me not says the volcano, feigning to be at rest
Touch me not says the deranged dog, to anyone who dare to come nearer
Touch me not says the humble cosmos, hiding all its beauty on a dark and cloudy night
Touch me not says the hissing cobra, I can **** an elephant.

Touch me not says the steaming ice
Touch me not says the thorny bushes,
Touch me not says the porcupine,
Touch me not says the diffident butterfly
Touch me not says the poet, can’t you see i am working i can’t be in distress
Touch me not, touch me not I am fine ……

My exams
A-nonymous Dec 2011
Yes, it’s that time of year again
Outside world is calling me like it’s never called before,
It’s my exams and thankfully they come once a year.

Minutes get longer and hours feel like days,
Even then there isn’t enough time;
To learn even half of what is adequate.

Trying to memorize more then I can, but I can’t
Going through my chapters as if I was reading a chant.

I brought all the books, all in different shapes and sizes
And had them placed to beautifully decorating my desk.
Once a Hauteur student fearing none,
To a scavenger now running hither–thither for help.

My Constant observation now serves little understanding
Questions are obvious, answers are obscure.
Trying to memorize as much a I can today
A year has passed and I am only left with one day.

Those hard working students you see, they will never understand
How beautiful it is to do nothing and do it,
over and over again

In the end all I can do is what i do as every year ends,
Promising myself and god not to remiss ever again
God please o please!! I am going to be sincere starting next year.

It’s getting late and I still have a lot to revise,
I think I should get back to my studies, and stop this useless recite.
wrote this poem about 10 years ago...this is not the finest poem that i have ever write ...but this is one poem that i remember writing even if it was  10 years ago ... i remember the mood , i remember my hast, the lighting ,the temperature ...etc :)

Disprized lover
A-nonymous Nov 2011
Doldrums stuck mind wafting lifelessly in time
Vigiling on what went wrong and was what I did right

Virulent thought’s had left me in reticence
With a wistful face I sat
Her bellowing pulchritude her mellowing soul
Her gleeful eyes her mirthful tone
A face more per fulgent then a thousand glow worms

Time slumbering though; Over turning sand clocks
Slowly perspiration leads to aspiration of love being deplumed

Affectations of love, Affectation of lovers
The infallibility of love, Inane for some profound for others

Smitten by the flaming arrows
Golden years golden times
Soon taking the color of a withered leaf

I have deciphered life, i have deciphered self
I have deciphered everything from rainbow to elf

But no wind so great to create the music in the pipes
It’s the love that comes through
So tell me how came it not come true for you too…

p.s
written on a sleepless night  ... pensive and lustfull

*apple*
A-nonymous Dec 2011
Apple my favorites’ fruit of all apart from grapes,
I like them to, but they are too small
Cantaloupes I like they are a juice  orb
But an apple I can carry in my pocket.

I like to hold it in my hand and looking at it,
Trying to recollect any figure I could recall.
Sometimes it reminds me of a red leather ball
Sometimes it reminds me of a ****** rose with stick and all
Sometimes it don’t look like that at all

I look at it with great heed, it isn’t circle, it isn’t oval
And it most definitely not square at all.

Some apple’s are sweet some are not
Sometimes i peel of the skin and other times I eat them raw
I sink my teeth in it and bit out the biggest morsel of them all
Shredding it to its bones in not more bite then bite number 3 or 4

And then looking at it trying to recollect any figure I could recall
Sometimes it reminds me of a sand clock,
Sometimes it reminds me of a crescent moon, two in all,
Sometimes it don’t look like that at all

But whatever shapes it may take no matter what texture
Apple will always remain my favorite fruit not the green ones they are bitter
I like deep coral color apple, kind that my father bring they are softest & sweetest of them all

Quasar
A-nonymous Apr 2012
Looking at, her in abeyance my mind lie
With eyes taking over

Dulcet are her pulses;
Endearing is her mode,
A splendor so divine
Looting people out of their mind

Like trees, her hair danced in high wind and rain
And I, dancing around like a peacock;
Trying to melt her marble heart
Pondering of praises to say,
Hoping with one of them she might stay.

Hard to fathom the enrichment caused by her find,
She is a timeless beauty not the banal kind.

In bruit she is, possessor of her own surreptitious style
Tricking people with her friendly smile.

but her lure “the chains I wear” are rust away in time
I am unbounding with time.
I Wondering could i just let it be,
could this phase ever pass me.

But then one by one they all go by
First the voice, then the smell & then forgotten by the eyes
And at last comes a sigh...oh I tried …oh I tried .oh I tried

I wish
A-nonymous Apr 2012
I wish I could absolve myself from all the indignity
That i have caused myself

I wish I were strong enough
To show my ire &  gloom

I wish I could face the bigotry of autumn, winter and rain
And at the same time enjoy all of them the same

I wish that I could rise above the thundering cloud
And see the glories sun

I wish I could grasp the brevity of friendship,
Love and all that’s divine

I wish that life my is fecund
Hope that it has some meaning in the end

I wish someday when I die, I die peacefully in my dreams
I wish I dream of you when I do

I wish I were a better bard
Writing better elegy in the time of distress

I wished for long now I have wished hard and true
Now I wish for all my wishes to come true

— The End —
