Alone at the corner full of regrets
Hate and anxiety has entangled me like a net
Sometimes I dance with my emotions
But I know it's a threat
It has put a leash on me
Like it made its pet
Making sure, that I wont forget

As time passed by I forgot how to feel
I just follow the flow of life
My emotions slowly drifted away with time
Gone, missing
Looking for a way back home
If only I knew my emotions are important
I should've cared for them

You encouraged me to get out
Although I thought I have nothing
Your beautiful words pushed me
It pushed me to reality
You made me realize that I am not a rock
You taught me how to appreciate life
Though I am nothing to you
I know that you are special to me

False Hope

As the kid wondered around
He fell in a dark pit
Not even the sun can reach the ground
As he struggle to get out
He saw a bright chain dangling
He reached for it and climb up
Not knowing that the chain will entangle him
And will never release him

I was frustated
Then he took care of you
Nurtured you and protected you
You are now sweet and smooth

I was blind
I thought the numbers would be worth anything
Its only purpose is to satisfy my mind
We were three, turned to three
Three turned to six
Six turned to twenty-six
But these numbers won’t set me free
Now that reality opened my eyes
No one will hear my cries
I want to be one
One turning into zero

I thought we will only be friends but I fell for you
