All of a sudden,
vanished

Time
You cannot stop it.
There is nothing scarier,
than watching it pass
That moment is forever gone
That's why we have jobs
That's why we watch TV
To ignore
How it fades

It cannot be caught
Or saved in a wooden box
You cannot see or hear it
And you will not find it anywhere.
Looming in a corner
Or hiding beneath your bed.

It has left you for a better lover
It has joined
The past.

Trying to understand
is harder than understanding.
Trying to love
is harder than loving.
The effort vanishes
And what is left
Is emptiness.
I gave up seeking
And through change
Found it all

The pen
It writes down ideas
