My Name is like the wind being bipolar
When the wind is happy it carries my name into happy places
Whether its at the beach or in the kitchen smelling my mom’s sweet cooking
When the wind is mad it pushes me down and trips me
Like when i’m failing school or got hurt physically or emotionally
But I Pick myself up and continue to live my repetitive lives
But then you realize that the wind has feelings like humans
For example when you pollute the air the wind gets sick
It tries to escape it,and it tries and tries until we push the wind to it limits
Then one day the wind just says “I had enough!”
When you have stormy nights the wind creeps and howls like a witch creeping around you
But then there's that happier side of the wind
When I grow many beautiful flowers and tall trees
The wind flows through these amazing scents to carry the comforting smell to make us happy  
Soon you will come to realize that,outside there is a wind that has feelings
But now people don’t realize this because they are worries about to many things
You also might think about how most of us want to flow with was we see
And not see the true meaning of what we are actually seeing
My Name is the wind

How to take a breath of relaxation
Sometimes we tend to stress about many things
That stress is not healthy for you, neither physically or emotionally
Head to a space where no one can bother you for a moment and breath
Close your eyes and imagine you are as light as a feather
Let go the weight of stress
Escape from this reality and create your own world
It is time for you to take the first step
In this case the first step would be to take a breath of relaxation
Your a single mom and you have kids and they eat the amount of what whales eat
Go somewhere and take a breath of relaxation
Your boss is sending you here and there and is making you go crazy
Go somewhere and take a breath of relaxation
Your in middle school and your teachers throw you a lot of homework
Go somewhere and take a breath of relaxation
Your mom or dad is in the hospital suffering from cancer
Go somewhere and take a breath of relaxation
Sometimes people are carrying stress that they don't even know they are carrying it
Stress isn’t something that comes and goes
Stress is something that is really easy to get and you can also be deceived by stress
Your part is just to take the first step to overcome the stress and take the bigger step
Think about all your problems and try to fit them in a pen and throw it to the Atlantic Ocean
Then try to find a quiet place where no one is at
So you can take a breath of relaxation
