i feel bland when i see my friend , he meets me swift and and trys to lift my spirits but to no avail he fails so life i know has its ups and downs so take the time to relax and calm down.

sadness grips the heart when the day begins and ends. to start the day off with tiredness and bland thoughts about intellectual subjects never seem to end and when the day finally seaces you will find there is another day right behind.
