A Happy, Cozy, Fluffy One
Taliesin Wolf Apr 2020
The softest things in the world
Must be gathered to me
Immediately
Now

I need to wrap myself in silk
Linens, clouds, and sheep’s wool
All the smoothy smooth stuff
That all the smooth is made of

And have a bundled soft plant
Underneath my toe
And have the leaves of perfect size
Only forty more to go

And take the fluffeled ivories
Bound up in strands of cozy
And put my head upon it
Happy in my smile

I’ll go the distance if I need
Twelve thousand leagues at that
To find the softiest sunseed
That ever one has felt

Then I find the monks
Up in the Bangladugs
The ones that train all their lives
To perfect their cuddle hugs

And when I’ve gathered all to me
No matter how far they be
I will lie down in my room
Happy as a pea.

She looked so dark and happy
Under amber night.
Red hair is all I think I saw
Before her beaming light.

She glanced my way looking again
Green mind of emerald gold.
Fully clothed and from no pain
Could she have ever come.

She was so small and everglowed
Under the rays of sun.
Red faced from those who made her flush
Before I had shown dun.

She never knew how soared her art
Green grass it carried out.
Fully formed a loving heart
Could she have stole from me.

She flowed out from the hand of man
Under a watchful glance.
Red blood was carried in her cheeks
Before I took my chance.

She walks across my orchard
Green leaves fell on the ground.
Fully knowing earth is hard
Could I make that difference?

She ran to me hair flowing out
Under a light sundress.
Red apples picked from nature’s hand
Before my aching breast.

She fell on me arms clutching in
Green grass under our feet.
Fully holding on within
Could never we be beat.

She held on me with smiles wide
Under a shaded glen.
Red was my feet and looked aside
Before her beating heart.

She softly smiled as she saw
Green eyes made up her gown.
Fully loved was she by me
Could never she have known.
