Thomo Mar 2019
She moves her body with ease
Her pain drawn by movement
The empty canvas filled
With the past that haunts her future.
Her elegant dance is a sign
A sign of torment
A sign of disbelief
She hides from the world
But her elegant dance
The dance that reveals all
Her pain, her tears
She might be elegant
But she is broken
She is beautiful
With a smile
Found in the light of her shadow
Who is he
Who is this man who destroyed
The mind state of a masterpiece
Dreams of sleepless nights
Nightmares of everyday life
The beginning of her pain
And the cause of her depression

Smile young girl
The world was made to favour you
You feel down
But what's left now
Is for you to stand up
And climb the ladder
They tried to burn,
Fly with wings they thought they cut
Shine with the light they thought they destroyed

Eyes closed and all he sees
Is the smile on her face
But why remember her smile?
Is it the pink colour that
Leaves a sweet taste on his lips?

Eyes closed and all he feels
Is her body pressed on his
Is it the taste of her skin that
Gives sight to the blind man
Or is it her scent that
Brings a voice to the man with no ears

He knows its love
But is it lust he’s feeling

Eyes closed and all she sees
Is the smile on his face
But why his smile?
Is it how soft his lips are?
Or is it the moisture she fells
When his lips connect with hers

Eyes closed and all she feels
Is the warmth of his body
Pressed against hers
Is it the muscles in his arms when he holds her?
Or is it passion he put in the smallest action
That keeps him on her mind

She knows it love
But its lust that has the power
Is she my love?
There is a question on the minds of man
Why is she the one to stay on my mind?
Or is it just a craving

There is a question on the minds of woman
Why does he stay on my mind?
Is it the taste of his lips?
Or the flame between her thighs?

We all see love
We all know love
But misinterpreted it
As lust

We all see love differently
We all feel love differently
But lust isn’t confused admiration
Lust is essentially
Love Under Serious Temptation
