Untitled 1
Jason Lau Jul 2016
Once, you asked me:
"You have never stayed up so late before, why today?"
"Cause I have a more important thing to do: chat with you." I answered.

Yes, people change, and so do I.
Nowadays I always stay up for no reason,
for nobody, just can't fall asleep.
When was the last time we met?
I forgot, I would never have thought that might be our last.
I do have changed a lot, really a lot.
You must have changed I suppose.

I still don't understand something,
I don't, really don't, those things just does not make a sense.
Why?
You can't just do that to me, you just can't.
But you did anyway, and cut me open.
And I keep bleeding...

Until someday I really move on.

England
Jason Lau Jun 2016
In London, I saw the history.
In Cambrige, I felt the peace.
In Manchester, I smelled the industry.
In Edinburgh, I touched the culture.

And I told myself,
"This is what you have been looking for,
this is where you want to live."

Maybe, I was just
attracted by the beauty of the London Eye,
intoxicated by the majesty of the Westminster Abbey,
astonished by the immensity of the British Museum,
impressed by the magnificence of the King's College,
fascinated by the splendor of the Edinburgh Castle.

And I love here:
the gentleness,
the calmness,
the prosperity,
the order.

I'll try harder to get better.
Just to get to you.
To this England.

"What do you want to say?"
"What do you want to hear?"
"I don't want to hear nothing."
"Then I have nothing to say."
Then don't say anything, please.
