and her opinions were worthless
she was kept silent every time
she uttered something negative-"NO"
now that she's all grown she has
been told to fight alone but how
could she fight alone when all
she ever learned was that
her voice was never heard

those thunder noises
those lightning strikes

dark night sky
wearing stars all
around its body &
a moon which is beyond
any beautiful heart
sitting on the grass
in my skin-tight gown
i hummed our
favorite song wishing
you'd come back
but all ever came back
were memories of you

i talk to moon everyday
about you and i see
him smile the way i do
when i'm with you
each time i talk about us
the moonlight turns brighter
i don't know if this is a sign
but it's our love that makes
our world shine brighter and brighter
everyday

oh my! i don't know how
he makes me fall in love
with him without any efforts
