Woke up with such awesome dream
Of a young couple entirely into them
Hands around each other's waist
A sense of their world at its best
With wonderful notion of well being
Only could they sense such feeling
It did get to me when came I awake
Wish for such dreams and feeling to
Appear ever so often to cling to
For a joyous ride across our life
Wish the same for everyone in life

They all say age is no bar, I agree so
It just makes us more seasoned, hope so
When love is deep, it shows in surprising ways
With nary a thought for any of the other ways
Just sweeps people with the flow of passion
Leaving no choice but tolerate after a fashion
The imperfections of the couple so in relation
To keep bonding even after the clashes often
When bonded so in spirit, it lasts for a lifetime
Better be thankful for such beautiful pastime
Specially when heart wonders about it at times
When truth is lost in the survival of the living
When occasional bursts of caring and sharing
