I don't know how to tell you this?
I always ask myself
Do i even deserve this?
The sparkle in your eyes

So I heard a knock,
In the midnight's clock,
And when I turned I saw her standing,
Her lovely eyes and smile gazing,
A little hesitation and fear on her part,
She asked me
Do you still love me?
Do you still have my heart?
I smiled a bit and a bit I cried,
Trying to hold my emotions inside,
Even the stars knew my answers open and wide,
So I raised my hand and reached for my treasure,
Showed her the heart and all the emotions I had for her,
And so I held her in my arms,
That closeness and that calm,
And the stories have changed,
And the tables have turned,
Even a knight can have a queen,
And my queen all I do is love her.

Your love it reminds me of a butterfly's wings,
So colourful and blissful such a beautiful thing,
When you hold me in your arms like you never wanna let go,
I swear in those moments the clocks goes slow,
Your smile it reminds me of summer rain,
Takes away the thirst and all the vain,
And your touch haven't changed,
Holding you close to me never felt strange,
And your eyes those beautiful eyes,
How much you try they can never lie,
And I'm just a poet trying to capture the beauty of our love,
I might not be able to put them into words,
But it's not that important until and unless we have so much love.

I have been in love for sometime now,
And now I can tell you how,
A mere thought about someone,
Can take away all your pain,
And this is the wisdom I have gained,
How she makes me so calm,
Maybe it's her innocent charm,
Working as a bad dream's alarm,
Now My heart don't go reckless,
It never skips a beat,
Cause all the pain is worthless,
When my emotions you lead,
And sometimes I wonder how,
How can she make this heart bow,
Cause very soft and small are her palms,
And when she holds me this reckless being becomes calm.

All the paths that we covered,
All those memories discovered,
Now looking back on them makes me feel,
How quickly the time passed and how we really feel,
I remember the first time we talked,
You seemed like a nerd who knew nothing but books,
There was something special but I didn't bothered to look,
Cause I was too young and too stupid to realize,
We had a future together I could not even fantasize,
It was in ninth,
We became friends and dived too deep not seeing an end,
And then we went to tenth,
We used to play with each other in the playground ,
That we don't love each other,
We used to pretend,
That we don't love each other and that these feelings will end,
But then our faith played us through,
Teacher made me sit behind you,
One of the most fateful day of my life that was,
Cause then I realized how much we shared within us,
That was the best of my life,
Cause u used to turn back,
Look at me and smile,
And so we realized the time of pretending is over,
Exchanged our hearts like two young lovers,
And I'm so happy that I can hold you hug you and kiss you now,
Cause now I don't pretend,
I fell in love with my best friend.

Waking up next to you in the morning,
Looking to you smiling while you are yawning,
Your little head lying on my big arm,
Holding my hand in your little palms,
You will snug close to me in my head my heart will whisper,
She is so cute why won't you kiss her?
So I'll say I don't wanna wake her up,
I'll just get her something sweet in a cup,
I'll slide down the blanket standing up on my feet,
Then I'll gently put you back in the sheet,
To the kitchen I'll go,
After sometime you will know,
With a plate of breakfast in my hands,
Just something basic nothing too grand,
Now I'm in a dilemma I don't wanna wake you,
But I made all this that I wanna feed you,
So gently putting my the plate on the side,
I'll gently slide by your side,
Putting my hand over your head,
Sliding through your beautiful silky hair,
Like a dew drop playing on a rose petals,
Then opening your eyes you will make my heart unsettle,
Cause I know this is a dream too good to be true,
But it's a dream and dreams do come true,

This poem won't be poetic,
Let's introduce something new and scientific,
From the beginning of the universe our souls have existed,
And I know they were together even in that existence,
A small part of stars we were,
Holding each other close,
All those millennials,
What someone knows,
The stars collided,
Divided,
So were we,
Drifting off in this endless void,
You and me,
Cause those destined to be with each other,
Are also destined to part,
And after all those times,
We finally met,
Not as humans,
We didn't recognize each other,
But our souls they matched,
They were meant to be,
And so were we,
Cause our story,
Is written in the stars,
That has remained constant,
In this life and even apart.

My eyes will shut one day,
Everything will go silent one day,
I live each day thinking of that,
I smile each day thinking of that,
Cause I know in this one Lifetime,
I will always be satisfied,
As long as you are standing by my side,
All those smiles and frowns will be worth it,
Cause at that time no regret will touch my heart,
See you standing close to me,
I wanna take my last breaths,
Cause each one of them is the best,
See you standing close to me I just wanna lie in your lap,
Close my eyes and not think anything again,
Cause my life seems better with u this much I have realized,

That's why I believe in destiny,

Leaning her head on my shoulder,
Who told me it's ok to trust,
Holding my hand in hers,
Driving away all the darkness of the sky,
Who told me in the darkness brightest star lies,
But I don't wanna be a star,
I want to be your sun and moon,
Close to you,
Cause u are the one who taught me the ways of love,
U are the one who took me ,
From me to us.

Up above this sky,
Beyond these limits,
Exists a garden of thousand roses,
Red as blood,
Alive and dead at once,
A place where memories smile,
A place where my heart lies,
A place which I've been longing for ages,
A place where I lose my senses,
Where I wish to hold your hand,
Where I wish to walk by your side,
Where we lie down and look at the sky,
And stars looking back at us as we smile,
Your head on my chest,
So you can listen to my heart,
And then you will close your eyes,
In those dreams I have made you mine,
And in the end when you open your eyes,
You'll see I haven't even blinked mine,
Cause your beauty is greater than those roses,
Cause these roses bloom because of you,
As You held my hand,
And turned this barren land,
Into a garden of thousand roses,

Stars in the sky,
Waving me goodbye,
Telling me to go home,
Cause enough you have sacrificed,

Look at her smiling face,
All the worries are running away,
Look at her hair,
Feel all her love,
Embrace all those moments,
The moments that have come to us,

All the pain all the worry all the stress all the agony are gone,
Listen to her words,
They don't shout they whisper ,

Loud and clear,

So beautiful she is making stars so shy,

I'm so glad that I know the reason behind this smile.

All those years,
It took me to fantasize,
All those tears,
It took me to realize,
What connects us,
Is not fate,

Cause when I see you and all those paths we chose,
I'm ready to walk like I never used to,

It happened ,
I'm back again,
The smile is not fake,
No more pain,
It happened to me like a fairy tale,
Everything seems sane again,

The tides have turned,
After all those dark nights,
I have found my brightest sun,
The world is poetic,
Flowing like wave,
Like a flashlight in a dark cave,
I was certainly not weak,
But I'm stronger now,
I have grown so much somehow,
Your touch is something I embrace,
Thanks to God for his grace,
Now I realize,
Where all the pointless paths were pointing,
To the pathways where we used to be walking,
Now it all seems so fair like a summer rain,
Fireflies flying in twilight,
And it was all worth the pain,
Moons Suns and stars they do shine so bright,
But nothing compared to the midnight rainbow I have in my sight.

Laughter,
Jokes,
Humour,
Smiles,
Never ending chatty lines,
Aching heart with a big wide smile,
Fun and pun both combined,
Look I just made a joke,
Come on pal Smile,
They ask me why u smile so much,
I can't tell them,
It's my secret and such,
A joker they call me,
A goof they call me,
Carrying so much pain,
A broken heart that's stained,
Hiding those tears behind this laughter,
And collecting the broken pieces there after,
Cause I swear I'll always smile,
Never let my sadness dim the light,
Because the moment I'll lose this smile you will realize,
That this joker is dying inside,
Why I chose this path you ask me?
Life played me as a joke,
Sadness came after me,
So I decided I'll grab the sadness,
Never let it escape,
Don't let it get to anyone else,
Some will say it's madness,
It will make you dark and dead,
But look I'm smiling from my toe to head,
Cause deep inside I know it's foolish I know it's hard,
Cause deep inside it's all damp and dark,
Cause deep inside there's nothing left,
Cause from the deep inside this joker is dead,
The joker is dead,
The joker is dead.

She was a sunrise,
Driving away all the darkness,
Bright like a flame,
Driving moths like me to madness,
Like rain in a desert,
Giving life to a soul less matter,
She was different,
Not royal,
But a queen to me,
And to my queen I was loyal,
As I was lying  wounded in nothingness,
She filled the void with her kindness,
She made me something I never was,
A warrior of certain class,
And as I was ready to fight,
Before the battle there are some cries,
So I sealed our bond,
Gave away my heart as a price,
And as I stood with the aim to protect us,
Our fate separated us,
The poem is in the past,
My queen left,
I'm still a warrior I guess,
We never had a future,
No we never had,
Standing in this battlefield of life,
Have nothing to protect,
But I'll still fight,
I'm ruthless now,
My queen left with my heart,
I wished I was a king,
Kings are born not made,
And one more reason why,
They always get the queen,
And they don't even have to die,
And I believe someday,
In those sleepless hours of dreams,
My queen would walk up to me,
To return what she took from me,
My heart I wish,
My heart I wish.

Last night when I was sleeping,
I had a dream,
The place where I last saw you was gleaming,
Everything was same except us,
Lying on the ground were some pieces of my trust,
And after all this I believe I am to blame,
Cause I gave you so much and expected exchange,
And I realized my heart is not an animal that I can tame,
And look at this,
What did you do?
I was scared to love,
And now I'm scared to sleep too,
I can lie to my heart you know,
I keep telling him I don't love you anymore,
Heart is innocent,
Believes what I say,
But as soon as I am asleep,
My heart,out it creeps,
To search for you in the memories,
Where you still live,
Then holds up your image in front of my eyes,
And says'Those were some good times",
Yeah they were,
They were great,
But it's in the past no, longer my concern,
I don't even know if waking up is a blessing anymore,
Cause I won't lie,
Waking up and not finding you makes my heart wanna die.

Silence o Silence tell me,
How come you are so beautiful and painful at the same time,
I remember a time of my life,
When  all I wanted was you,
Wanted to end it all,
Just some beautiful good ol' silence,
Silence o Silence how come you have such a bad timing,
You have an unspoken talent of giving pain a silver lining,
But you don't work alone do you?
Accompanied by fate,
Give someone hope
And then take it away,
Did the same to me do you remember?
Sent someone to hold my hand,
Brought me out of that dark pit,
And then I grew
Time flew like sand,
Just when I thought,
I have defeated you o silence,
She left,
The bridge I was walking on,
Turned to ash,
But alteast I have you silence,
Silence o Silence I promise you,
I'll always stay by your side,
Just promise me that you will never show me another bridge like the last time,
Cause silence o silence I'm brave and tall,
But I too have a heart after all,
And I'm not talking about me,
But my heart is innocent,
And now,
It's afraid to fall.

Far away down the road I see a man,
Wait a second, he's a boy pretending to be a man,
He's looking in the distance holding onto something,
Trying to offer resistance but seems to be failing,
I can't see his eyes but I can hear his heart,
It's screaming like it's been torn apart,
Suddenly I felt curious,
I didn't knew him but it felt like I did,
What is he holding onto?
And why was he doing what he did?
My mind was made up,
I stepped closer to him,
Standing behind him,
My hand on his shoulder,
He turned to me,
I knew something was wrong,
He turned out to be a mirror,
**** it was me all along,
My curiousness turned to realisation,
But at least I had the answer I was looking for,
Looked down at my hands what was I holding onto,
Oh yeah I remember it's a promise
We made each other do,
You promised that you will never leave me,
I promised that we will always be,
But here I am on the road where we once used to walk,
Holding onto my part and you have gone far,
I don't know why world has been so cruel and such,
It has shown me something real I can't touch,
Looking away in the distance with my side of promise in my hand,
I see you,
You seem happy,
Sometimes it seems funny how,
You broke the promise and my heart and u don't even seem to care now,
Looking away in the distance with my heart in my hand,
Is it raining?
Why are my eyes getting moist.
Tears.
Promises.

The pouring rain.
In this pouring rain I lay down my creation.
Nothing much with just words and imagination.
These cold winds carry a certain scent mixed with hesitation.
And now though I ponder how these winds make me ponder upon all the things I lost in that blunder.
I'm a human too thats not something new.
After all that I lost I just want to smile and stay true.
But how can I smile when this pouring rain reminds me of you.
How can I smile knowing I was living a dream believing it was true.
How can I smile knowing I can have anything in this world but you.
I don't know if it's me or this pouring rain.
Cause I'm not a poet but I know this feeling is called pain.
And I want you to know I will carry this pain.
Yes it hurts even worse when accompanied with this rain.
But at least it will keep me from making the same mistake again.
In this pouring rain I lay down my creation.
With a dead heart and dying imagination.
