Mama Diana does her battles
Quietly, For her children, On her
Knees. Spending many sleepless nights, So our lives can be with ease.

Mama Diana is calming presence, For acquaintances for and near.
Will be sought to settle issues,
Whenever hot tempers flare.

Mama Diana is that ray of sunshine,
Making our home bright and warm. Mama Diana is that steady anchor,
When life seems a raging storm.

Easy strength runs in  Diana's frame,
Tenderness within mama Diana core.
No matter how little she gets,
Mama Diana always giving more and more

Mama Diana never needs a sidekick,Fancy clothes really aren't Diana's thing but mommy a superhero
A perfect human being
No matter what I'm feeling
No matter what I say
Just a smile from that boy William
Brightens up my day

William is one of my best friend
I've known William his whole  life
William's been there for me for everything
The smile the anger, and the tears

I love that boy William to death
William's been there through it all and he'll catch me when I fall

That boy William is my best friend
Girl you better treat William
Right, cause if  you don't, I can promise there's gonna be a fight.
There is this girl named KayLee I know she walks with such grace.
Every time I see her, she has a smile on her face.

But there is pain in Kay Lee's eyes, and I can tell something isn't right. Kay Lee's life isn't what she thought it'd be, But she put up a great fight.

kay Lee seems so very distant, and I can tell she's not all there. I can't stand seeing Kay Lee like this. I know Kay Lee's life is full of despair.

Kay Lee feels so alone and Kay Lee's life is like a pop quiz but what this girl doesn't realize is how beautiful she truly is
It hurts me to hear you crying Joe
It hurts me that you have thought's
Of dying Joe.

I know you need a mom and a friend.
So I'll be with you till the very end Joe.

I'll be with you Joe I know I'll always be there, You no longer have to live in despair Joe.

I just want you to know, mom loves you and that I have to show Joe.
If my heart could speak then what would it say would it answer the question I ask it each day would it  confirm to me what I know to be true that I was not alive until I laid my eyes on my beautiful children would it explain all things but especially this why I became hopelessly lost in my children's eyes would it tell me that I had been traveling through lonely oceans of time before I found my children would it tell me the reason I carry a flame that will only ignite to the sounds of my children's name's would it explain to me how they light up my day and warm up my night with all that they say or would it simply confirm what I know to be true that it and  I are in love with my children
As a little girl she played around the tree.  Traveling far and wide in her mind dreaming of wonders she wants to see never worrying about time spring would bring the first buds The old apple tree would soon bloom summer rain brought pies of mud yellow apples glisten by light of the moon I bought mom a ladder would bring picking some for Canning the best for eating how easy country life seemed while ring around the rosy she was singing fall comes and winter leaves blow brown in the wind flying high like the barn swallows swaying to and fro as limbs bend as time goes to womanhood she grew the old apple tree is no more never forgetting those memories she can sour with a heart so filled with glem to a time when a child's life seemed so free feeling the warmth of a sun beam playing again under the old apple tree.

There's a little spot away back in Fentress county. A little spot someday I'm sure to go back too just to see the moonlight shinning on the lawn and listen to the nose of the Creckits and to watch, my momma's Apple tree swaying in the evening and hear the lonely calls of the whip- poor- wills just to see the sun coming over Jamestown to hear the birds singing in the trees just to stand once again up on the mountain and catch breathe of mountain air. There's many beautiful spots about Jamestown many wonderful sights about Fentress county But I'll settle for the sight of momma's old apple tree and especially when the sun goes down just to stroll once again through the foothills of Jamestown as a barefooted lad I use to do and lay under momma's old apple tree and watch the white clouds stroll across the blue sky now when we all gather away up yonder I'm sure there's going to be an angel band Then I'll ask my Lord to let me have my Heaven on that spot called momma's place in Fentress county TN
