Friends hold our lives together

Life would be meaningless

That sly street child stole from a gent!
All raced after him
But he was slippery on his feet

War is fear
War is fighting
War is the worry
That Papa or Brother or Mama won't come back
It's the concern if you'll be alive tommorow
War is hell

Ideas are my stories

My plans for the future

Lion
It's fangs gleaming
It's roar heard from 10,000 miles away
People fear it
And some hate it
Only those wishing death will hunt
The lion

Magic can be heavenly
Or horrifying

Ice is water
Frozen water
You can turn water to ice
And turn ice back to water
It is almost . . .
Magical

Late night is when the sky is black
Late night is silence
Or it could be laughter
Or music
Or sobbing
Depends on the day
The day coming
And the people

Dreams can be fantastical
They can be horrific
Or they can leave you. .
Wondering what just happened
Dreams can take you on journeys
To fictious places
Places from your mind
Dreams can take you anywhere
Good or bad

Where's the good in the world
I don't see it anywhere
I see the hungry
I see the poor
I see the criminals
I see too many prisons
I see unfair laws
I see discrimination
I see abused children and animals
I don't see good in the world
So you're lucky if you have a little but of it

I am bad but loved
I curse
Bully
Gossip
I am that average backbiting high schooler
But I am loved
My parents dote on me
I push them away
I curse at them
I yell at them
I scream at them
But they spoil me and love me
Even the people who don't love me
They fear me
I don't deserved to be loved
By I am loved

The little ******* the side of the road
Her shawl covering her face
She called and whooped for mother
Asking when was supper
I went to her and we talked
She asked me where was mother
She said she heard a scream
And something red on the floor
She said her papa was mean
I then knew what she meant and started to cry
I told her that mother was gone
She started to sob by my side
There we lay at the side of the road
Crying

Bird soars
Bird *****
Bird kills
Bird hides
Two different personalities
Yet the same species

Depression tares a part of my soul
It rips my heart
It drains my dreams
Depression is a monster
And if your not careful
It's contaigous

Some good is to the left
For some it is on the right
Sometimes bad is on the right and good on left
Or bad on the left and good on right
And sometimes it's just gray

Bird looked in the moat
In the moat he saw a boat
In there was a goat

That abandoned house on Whitmore Road
Glimmers with trend
As it may have been trendy fifty years ago
It's ragged onion domes and Victorian front porch
Are the only unusual things on that road
Besides the albino toad

We love eachother
And nobody can stop us
Cause we are in love

The selfish man in his great waist-suit
Would never give a penny to the hungry
Instead he pushed and shoved
Until he saw his face that he loved
He is the selfish man

I know
A place
Where love
Is common
And all are nice
Where nobody's poor or hungry
And everyone is happy
It's heaven

I don't know what to write
Should I write about the starry sun or the silky night
About the love or hate
Or the praise or shame
That everyone gets

Tick Tock, Tick Tick
Is the sound of the grandfather clock
In the sitting room it stands
Old and rusty are his minute and hour hands
Shipped from Germany in 1903
He's older than my Great Grandmother Millie

Brother's at work
Father's gone
Mother went somewhere
I'm home alone
With nobody
The clacking of my keyboard
Is the only sound
When i'm home alone

The light is shining
It is so bright in my eyes
Such a shiny thing

A snowflake
One, two three,
They cover the ground until you can't count them
I press my cheeks against the sitting room window
Not soon after, it's a snow wonderland
The children come out and play
In this wonderful land of snowflakes

The leaves change color
When they're greatly beautiful
The snow will then come

That bog happy family down the block
Why they're so jolly for a family of 8
Always going in their SUV and coming back laughing
The momma with her black hair glowing
Hugging her children
I hear their dinner prayers from my bedroom
Their Friday night card games
Always running around and laughing
Why laughing should be their middle name
They throw block parties
The hotdogs on their grill can be smelled a mile away
Their the big happy family

With her fancy black dress
And black hat and veil
Is she a lovely lady?
Her fancy accent and shiny gloves
Does that make her a lovely lady
Her stressed butler and fat limousine
Is she now a lovely lady?
Her love to others misfortune and grief
Is she a lovely lady?
She isn't a lovely lady?
Kindness, generosity, manners, and politeness
Now that's a lovely lady.

In the airplane up in the sky
I stare at the ground from my window
The people look like ants
Rushing everywhere like ants
Buildings look like platforms from my birdseye view
My birdseye view from my window

It was a hot summer day
The sun blazed in the sky
Oh what I would do for a glass of ice water
Oh what I would do for a cold, cold bath
On this hot summer day

A boys best friend
Loyal companions
They'd sacrifice their life
Just for you
Only if you raise them to be honest and honorable

They are us
But not real
Our exact twin
Doing what we do
You can't escape them
Cause shadows are part of you

They vary
Light or dark
Fierce or shy
Cute or Ugly
Loved or hated
Important or Minor
Weak or Strong
They are all people and we need to know that

Cold is snow
Hot is sun
Cold is dead trees
Hot is wilting flowers
Cold is a fierce wind
Hot is no air
Cold and Hot
Complete opposites
Good or bad whatnot

The color black might be calming
It might be monstrous
It might be nice
It might be mean
But it will always be dark

Writing can be hard
Specifialy stories
Writing is always fun

Home may be kind and welcoming
Or cold and transparent
Home may be as neat as a pin
Or as messy as a pigsty
Home may be as fun as a rollercoaster
Or as boring as the tick-tock of a clock
But my home is a part of me

Then Mommy cried
I asked Mommy where Daddy was
She said he was gone.
I asked where
She pointed to the sky
She said, up there.

None can hear the lost ones
Outside the depths of the grave
None can call out to lost ones
To the heart of the ones they crave
Asking for their loved ones back
Who they have lost to the world of horrid black
Taking them away
A heart
Broken in two pieces astray
Such a time later often
They will rest in a brown coffin
With gold lining
Brought back together
A broken heart uniting
