A mental illness not so kind to me
I forget a lot and may be perceived as mean
But it’s just a part of it not the real me
So I’m sorry if I’ve let you down

I’m sorry if I’ve been rude or ignored you
There is a million things going on in my mind
And all I pray is for you to understand
