In a city that breeds lies, tell the truth and risk death.
The belly of the beast, full of regret.
Engage in deceit,
A slave to defeat.
So intense.
My only savior now is speech.
But I'm silent, in an attempt to listen and observe.
This is the underground. No words.
Violence. Defiance. All around.
Where the people go to Triumph!
Where you find bliss and ignorance.
The books say down that road is the abyss.
The books say down that road lives the hypocrites.
Live in your lies and you might as well,
Die and come back to life like Jesus.
Rejuvenated.
Unsure of what the truth is?
Create it.
There's pain that comes with being degraded.
Depleted.
Everybody's bleeding.
Nobody's special.
We're all hungry for credence,
Cause a life without meaning is stressful.
I persevere despite the fact that I'm destined to be defeated.
Run toward truth and run away from peace.
Otherwise I might as well be six feet deep.
If I'm in a rush to be deceased, so be it.
Living proof: there is no savior.
There's only me and my behavior.
Don't confuse life with agony.
We defy odds like birds do gravity.
Then repeat till they retreat.
Reborn, like the sun.
Humility oozing.
Incentive to live is built into me.
As long as we're blessed with the genes to adapt to losing.
Hell.
The sky is the limit.
This is our choosing.
I practice meditation and avoid
My personal Hell predicated on me living a life
No different than the ones who preceded without ambition.
You know the motto:
If we don't lead, we follow.
Dreams, we follow.
Even the blind man is capable of seeing a better tomorrow.

I was inspired, see.
Because of me, they have no choice but to flee.
They couldn't believe I could grow up
And be free.
Will power will always be stronger than ill power.
You know,
"I ain't afraid to ****" power.
I rise from the ground as a lil' flower
In hopes to one day, obtain the "I am fulfilled" power.
Don't be sour.
Be honored that you have seen another day, Another hour not wasted in decay.
Each day I think of ways to live,
And ways to die that leave me satisfied.
Dreaming up outcomes of a crazy life.
Tell me how come,
My fam' must work to show their worth in a system designed to make us hurt?
We've been slaves since birth and there's only one way to come out first:
The thirst for knowledge will take me there along with the help of this verse.
A burst of applause is heard loud enough to hide the cry of a woman with a black eye having the worst day of her life, after he stole her purse.
Who's life had been worse?
The thief or the woman?
It's all perspective,
She had no death wish.
Thief had one last breath,
Ended up leaving her breathless.
Meanwhile, I've immersed myself in my craft, headfirst
Getting my dark view of the world reversed.
