The years have flown by so fast
There have been ups, there have been downs
And while I’ll always cherish the past

There are Times

There are times when I look up to the sky,
I feel so bad, I just want to die.
I''ve tried so hard to curb my sorrows,
But all I get are more tomorrows,
That turn into nightmares everyday.
To carry on, to find a way
Is more than I can bear.
I''m supposed to carry on, to care,
But, what''s the point of being here
When everyone I hold so dear
Are behind a pane of glass so thick,
It makes me shudder, it makes me sick.

I''m on my own, I feel so down.
Things are never what they seem,
Laughing and joking like a clown
I look happy but silently scream.

And, yet here I am, still trying for what?
I really don''t know why.
"Life''s so great" that old chestnut,
Just makes me want to cry.

So, next time you look at me and think,
"There''s nothing wrong with her"
Look harder and see the real old me
And see which you prefer.

Think Back

Think Back

Those scars that we bear on our arms

Those things that we have to hide from our family and friends

Those things that haunt us everyday

Scaly, rough and tough lasts for so long

But the most important thing

Is the reason behind it

The reason why it all started

The reason why they did it

Yet no one really wonders why

They all ask about the scar

Hows it going hows it doing

While they forget what it symbolizes

The power the scars have

What they can possibly cause

And what they will lead to

And after it heals, what happens?

People start to forget

And people will continue what they had started

And the cycle will start once again

Until the victim runs out of room in their body to scar

That is when the thing they decide to scar

Is their lifeline

And only

When they are far long gone

Do people start to realize their wrongs

Their actions

Their words

Their behavior

And what they really did to this person

They remember the times he/she has told them to stop

They remember when he/she started to get less quiet

Less happy, less energetic

They finally realized how

What they did to this person was something they should had never done in the first place

Yet it is too late to go back

Back when they were here

Life goes on

Throught life you have to take decision and whether its positive or negative, life goes on

Life about whether you take advantage or not anything you do may cause joy or dolefulness but life goes on no matter what.

As day and years go by you realize that you have made marvelous or harsh decisions but no matter what the circumstance is

Life goes on and you can’t look back at bad because you will torment yourself through your journey. Your life is base on your decision as a human being; life’s about living and dying there is no other way to it.
You either play the cards right or you play the cards wrong it up to you whether you have a prosperous life or a life where you will regret your life taking desicions

Life’s easy but you complicate it
life’s good but you ruin it
life goes on no matter what your decision were, are, or based on

To My Granddaughter

Ah!! My granddaughter! My joy.
She lightens my load
She's like a new toy.
She smiles at me, ever so slightly
I grin right back at her but ever more brightly.
She's the light of my life. I love her dear.
Feels just like Heaven when I draw her near.
Bedtime! Yes, a sweet time of
Night, night, precious girl.
Let's you sleep and I pray one night grandma could lay you down and tuck you in bed kiss your forehead and tell you good night and sweet dreams my grand daughter grandma loves you so dear
