We’re only human
stupid, emotional, easily led and  manipulated
We pick and choose our morals
and then we have to protect them
But at the end of the day
We still have hearts
Our morals don’t
They were just our ideas
So no matter how hard we try
We can’t stay completely true
To the ideals we swore to protect
Because we were born to make mistakes
To falter
To wavier
To fall
But the best thing about being human is that we have the ability to
Keep going
To get back up and keep moving forward
For the sake of what we believe in
