I hope you know
Your love consumes me, with passion and desire.
I’m extremely motivated and ambitious anyways
but having you in my life is challenging me to push myself to be more and do more.
You have set my soul on fire.
I have opened myself up to you more than I have ever opened up to
anyone before.
I trust you.
I will not stop until you know,
that you are worth it,
and even when you do know
I will still show you every day.
You deserve to feel that you can do anything
or be anything that you want to be,
because you are so strong.
I will fight for you and stand by you through anything.
I have fallen in love with your soul and our potential
and the fact that it can become reality.
It is almost beyond you and I.
It’s a deeper connection;
it feels like I’m being pulled to you by a magnetic force of the universe,
I have lost touch with my earthly bond as I drift into the outer atmosphere of my mind.
If you didn’t know before I hope you do now
I love you.
Your are my one, my epic love.

Two Trees
Rooted in dank soil,
Dark and earthy;
Dormant.
Light filters through
From the breaking loam,
Sprout vibrant life,
Green and brown
More appear among the moss
Some fall away,
Some reach for the sun,
And some,
Some intertwine
Beautifully forming
Everlasting impressions
The touch,
Crawling up one another
For support,
And life.
Growing together,
As well as apart
Branches bend and weep,
Lift and sway.
Calling for the light,
New days count up to years.
Decay begins with age.
Creeping moss
Once bracing for youth
Sees the test of time.
Rises with the trunk
Breaking down the walls.
Bonding.
Sluggishly eating to the top.
Top to tumble and crumble,
Rumble and shake
Leaving behind
Remains of what was
And memory
Of what could be
Love.

Dance
I hear you
My darling
Singing in the kitchen
Your footsteps
Softly prancing to the lovely melody.
My heart flutters to the happy sounds
Your weirdness within spewing out
Not even a care.
Lifting me to my feet to peek.
Around the wooden hutch in the hall,
I see the light that flows around you,
For sure that it is coming from you.
Your soul, completely at inner peace,
Must be?
Not to my though that you might see me,
Staring at you; with longing to cling
But not wanting to interrupt
I wait and watch in awe.
Your spirit is gleaming
With such beauty,
Then to my attention I feel,
The mood change,
I have found my self at you side.
Not a word to say,
A smile races across my face
And now spread across yours.
That silly strand of hair that hangs,
The one in front of you nose.
Pulling it way to tuck behind your ear.
My darling, how your eyes fill with desire.
The fire burns as hot a white ash,
Taking you by the hand.
I begin to sway with you and hum
Harmonically with your previous tune.
And we dance.

On my way
Walking through the arched doorway,
my eyes are drawn to the left.
The brightness of the rising sun is stunning!
Slowly glides over the mountain and shines through the trees,
creating the beautiful dancing silhouettes.
The varieties of luscious greens, complement the painted sky.
Flowers reach for the sun.
soaking up the fresh doo, indulging in warmth.
I had something on my mind but not any longer.
“Is this peace?”
I can’t help but wander towards the garden paths.
Making my way through the amazing shrubs, rocks, and flowers.
The sweet, savory smells fill my lungs.
I’m obsessed!
Echoing through the house and out the cracks.
The phone is ringing off the wall.
“Oh no I’m late!”
The thought rushes back to me.
So fast almost like getting struck by lightning.
Rushing back through the twist and turns.
Like thunder running through the valley
I shouted at the house,
as if the phone would have heard me!
“I’m on my way!”

Ready or Not
Little ripples bounce off my feet,
and hits the nearest rock and back again.
Sitting still the water moving fast around me.
As if my mind is connected to the water rushing down the rocks and not my body.
Wind sweeps the thoughts away with a howl.
The howl of a creature that rattled my bones.
Whispering to me to carry on down the river.
To catch up with my mind a few miles gone.
Stepping gracefully on slime coded rocks...
I try not to think of the darkness fallowing.
The night has found me.
"I am not ready to go back!"
Shouting at the moon,
"I'm just not ready."

Smily?
Who am I?

I know what I am..
I am a lover.
An Artest...
A mother,

But Who,
Who am I...

Savannah-Rose
The smily girl..?
I suppose,
I am just me...

smily...

True
When I wake,
I wrap my arms around you..
and you the same.
The room brightens,
a smile lifts like the rising sun.
Breezes whistle through the window,
that is cracked near the bed.
letting in the sweet cold morning air.
Much different from the hot night before.

You squeeze tighter around me...
To make sure the cold hasn't seeped into my skin.
Your happiness flows into me.
The actions are speaking louder then ever.
Not a word has been exchanged.
Until the light slips into the window just right.
Whisking away the sleeping sands from our eyes.
Eye to eye.
I know for sure this feeling is true...

My love
To be my lover.
I cherish you.
I want no other.
I want to make the impossible,
Possible for you.
There is no other desire,
That I would ever want.
I have a dream!

That there may be the chance of eternity.
I want to make that dream reality,
For you.
I show you me.
My true form...
I could never hide
If you were to be my lover.
I cherish you, so that I'd be cherished too.
I love you, my lover.

Faceless
Running and Running.
With heavy heart, I loathe you.
I am allergic to your presence,
But still I'm hooked.
On the inspiration of your never ceasing spiral.
Do not dare misshape me!
You faceless beast, for I am known!

Uncontrollable reality, I forbid you!
For you are a blood curdling nightmare.
Which only seems to be misshapen, Broken,
And lost in your exhausted flaws.
But you realize in the end, that beast is you.
Faceless.

In Comes The Rain
Song birds chirping in trees.
There is a soft wind that blows through me,
smells of rain.
Moisture in the air scares the mosquitoes from my ears.
I can see it, hovering over the mountains now.
Thunder starts and the rain sets in,
drifting across the ground it drowns the grass.
The butterflies no longer hop from flower to flower.
I walk into the tree cover.
waiting,
I listen for the sounds of birds to sweeten the sound of rain,
but they are silent.
The leaves pitter and patter, drip and drop.
They begin to shutter in the wind.
Letting the rain water seep into my skin.
The clouds start to roll away,
and the rain with them.
Warming air greets me before the sun peeks.
The bird once again start to sing.
The puddles shine in the dancing shadow of the sun.
I return writing,
I could not wish for better inspiration.

The Thaw
Its raw and cold,
the ice shimmers in the light.
It’s almost the breaking of dawn.
Branches no longer seep.
Sinking snow loosens the ground,
Slowly
Newly melted and damp.
The fog creeps among the greening moss.
Breathing, Leaping, and Living.
Spring.
