That old woman who came and sat in front of me
Must be in her sixties
But she was beautiful.
She looked around
the coach was filled with loud, colourful and young beauties.
Then she looked at herself and probably thought of her youth.

She looked a lil amazed,
maybe she didn't travel much,
maybe her son dropped her,
maybe she came by herself.
But I could tell she was not a regular,
she asked me the route.

There was something about her face that made me pen down my feelings.
Her smile was blissful and content and familiar.
Why did I think she had a strong resemblance to someone who is close to me..
Or was ?

Finally I realised that she looked a lot like my late grandmother.
And suddenly everything made sense. I recalled the countryside and everything about it
The house
The kitchen
The big old tree ...just by looking at her.
But as soon as I could recollect any other memory..
the woman in the red sari with her green bag got down without even looking at me.

I wished she stayed for a lil longer,
cause if you ask me..
I'd say she was gorgeous.
