Everyday I wake up I’m thankful
You wouldn’t understand
Life is worth every chance
I only want the best
Doing what I love
That requires no rest
I control my future
I’m prepared for the wild quest

Living this this legal life
Can only get you so far
Waiting  on money to come in but the bills steady coming
No need to hide
No need to run
Life could be way worse
Just have you some fun
It crazy how a job isn’t any
Different from a slave plantation
Same formula same situation
We stuck in this system they created
We lost we hurt
They don’t know how we feel but they
Expect for us to believe in church

As I close my eyes
I sink inside this dark hole
Hoping I see life again
Blessed to breath this air
I see light again
Heart of a lion
King of the jungle
You don’t put fear in my heart
You bleed just like I bleed
More money I’m in need
Problems coming regardless
This world can turn you into
The devil real cold  heartless

Trying to live life everyday
9 to 5 brainwashing you like
It ain’t another way
Voices in your head telling
You not to give up
So much negativity
How could you stay on track
Getting money is the only option
And that’s fact

Riding through the city like what am I still doing here
People die everyday
But every one moves on after time
My pain runs deep
I can’t do nothing about it
Can’t even sleep
Stressing holding back tears
Of defeat
Cherish what you have before it’s gone
Most times in life you don’t get a second chance
Everyday you should be the best that  you could be
Somone that envy can’t see what you see

Push me away into the ocean
So I can be free
I don’t understand people
They Act like they love you
Not really for you
Being to yourself is the best option
No the only option
Dwelling on bad memories
Causes a lot of stress
Making you turn to negative things
That’s going take away the pain
But when you come back to reality
Everything still the same
