I'll always love her.

Looking in her eyes, seeing a soul wrenched in pain.
Pain that we'll no longer be together.
Together, to grow old.
Old with the times and seasons.
Seasons, as beautiful as a family.
"Family. I wanted a family" she says, as her heart grows heavy.
Heavy, her legs begin to fail her.
She falls on her knees;
pleading, begging, hoping for a change and twist of this reality.
Her face overflows with tears. "Will he make it?",
her hands shiver as she holds my body and draws  me in to feel her warmth.

I look from a distance and see the pain in her eyes.
I feel it too. I know she would take the ****** path if anything happened. "Oooh! it hurts", I reach for her face to feel her skin. A thousand words, I wish to say , laying heavy in my mind but she shushes me, "say nothing my love".
While my strength fails me, and gradually my eyes begin to close, hot tears slowly spring forth.
It is all I can rely on,
As I take my last breath in my lovers arms.
