Days can seem humdrum and make you feel glum,when the things you wish would happen just don’t seem to come which isn’t what you want and isn’t any fun.
Plans are made that don’t come through,and now you have to find something else to do, but don’t let it get you down or let it make you blue.
Make the most of the time to take it slow, you don’t always have to be on the go, because time for your self can be enjoyable when you just go with the flow.

It is possible to be detached but still feel strong,
It is possible to keep stable when things go wrong,
It is possible to be okay when you don’t know why,
It is possible for the Sun to shine in a dark and gloomy sky.
It is possible to lose someone and learn to love again,
It is possible for troubled children to become strong women and men,
It is possible to come through hard times and find happiness within,
It is possible to fight your battle and to overcome and win.

On the days when it seems that the well has run dry and there is nothing left to give, be thankful that you have been given another new day for you to live.
With shelter to protect you and food and water and power and light , know that you are luckier than others and don’t give up the fight.
Remember that all is not lost and there is still so much more to gain, in time the storm will clear and the sun will dry up the rain.

We are here,
we are all as one,
under the same sky and golden shining sun.
We all live,
and have the very right,
to be free of fear and never need to fight.
We all fall,
we deserve support,
to be given hands by which we can be caught.
We must love,
all of the living,
take a lot less and be much more giving.

If you find it difficult to be comfortable with change, and you wish that things would stay as they are, think about how much you your self have changed, and give thought to how you have got so very far.
Changes happen and will do no matter what, seasons will come and go every year, rain clouds will blow through until the Sun comes out, so greet change with hopeful smiles and face it without fear.

With no apparent choice but to surrender to authority, we ponder upon the outcome of this alien situation.
Forcibly denied of things we took for granted, on so many levels we must endure separation.
Widely labelled as the new normal, it is definitely not anywhere near normal at all.
Normality implodes and fades away, the elite ivory towers now crumble and fall.
The stillness reveals a simpler picture, it destroys the illusion that people must fight.
The silence allows space for clear thoughts, and vision enhanced by the abundance of light.

Life need not have to be so difficult that every day seems hard to bare,
times do not have to be so hard that you have tears rolling down your face,
happiness does not have to be so out of reach that you want to give up on trying to find it,
love does not have to be so far away that you will never know it’s warm embrace.
Your mind does not always have to feel like a prison that you wish to be free from every day,
you do not have to feel frustrated and overwhelmed by nagging doubt,
you do not have to keep all the thoughts that rattle round your brain locked inside,
if there are things that you want to say then speak them aloud and let them out.
You are deserving of help and care just as much as anybody else,
you do not have to suffer in silence without others willing to hear your voice,
you do have people that want to know you and help you to feel that you matter,
you do have value and the right to be happy and you are cared about and you do have a choice.

Never give up on your dream,
get to where you want to be,
if you want you can make it come true.

No matter how crazy it may seem,
let your passion be free,
do whatever it is that you have to do.

Take it to the extreme,
make real the vision you see,
nothing on earth can ever stop you.

Sometimes the days don’t seem to go exactly how you planned, and the reins seem beyond the reach of your controlling hand, but even though it is hard to accept it may be what is right, and as frustrating as it seems you should just surrender the fight.
It does not mean that you have lost, or failed in your mission, it may be that there are other influences, beyond your knowing or vision, as confusing as that sounds have faith in the unknown, for below the surface things will grow from seeds that have been sewn.
You need not try to force the change, or monitor its progress, events will unfold as they should within the karmic process, truth will come to be observed by all that need to know, the honest ones will rise above the liars who stoop so low.
So let it be and let it go, the truth will always come out, it will be heard by everyone you need not have to shout, those that harm will pay the price that they owe have no doubt, so calm the restless soul within and share your kindness out.

Fly high just like an eagle with wings spread out wide,
Soar above the Earth and feel your power from deep inside.
Ride along the rising current blowing strong and sure,
lifting you up high towards the Sun on swells of air so pure.
The dominant alpha of the open skies
just you and the golden sunlight,
strong and certain and built for purpose with talons just as sharp as your sight.
Claim your power and let it show, be free to travel to where you want to go.

If you are feeling stressed, don’t despair, don’t clench your teeth and pull out your hair, pause for a second and focus your thought, free your self from the web in which you feel caught.
It is difficult to do things right when all you see is red, and your thoughts are all in a jumble bouncing round your head, pay attention to just one thing you can do, remove the barriers and carry on through.

The Sun is still shining so bright bringing light and heat to you and me.
The streams and rivers are still flowing through to meet with beautiful deep blue sea.
The soft wind is still blowing and clouds are drifting in the big blue sky.
The Earth still sits beneath us to bring stable support to both you and I.
Life keeps on going every day bringing new opportunities and wonders so vast.
Look forward to the possible good in the future, be grateful for the present and be free of the past.

Searching for words to describe these strange feelings and struggling to bring a way to make sense of what is happening.
There is so much chaos in the atmosphere causing so much despair these sensations are frightening.
A whirlwind of emotions and anxiety destroying control in the struggle of power, when a minute feels like it is taking an eternity but a whole week appears to be gone in an hour.
There is no point in going through this stress and it will serve no purpose other than to hold us frozen in fear, and the only outcome of this whole debacle will be feeling desperate to be anywhere but here.
We need to be as friends and not as enemies because the pain and conflict just has to stop, it’s us against us in this fight and the truth is that nobody is coming out on top.

I hope that these words find you well,
and bring brightness to your day,
I hope that they bring a smile to your face,
and that smile will want to stay.
I know that times are quite hard,
as I am feeling it too,
but hopefully this little poem,
brings happiness from me to you.
I am really trying my best,
to hold my head up high,

Release your self from the grip of anxiety and fear of that which has not yet been,
beyond the haze of darkness and pain are so many wonders there to be seen.
The beauty of life is still so very present and willing to embrace you with love, the supportive Earth, the fields and the trees and the deep blue skies up above.
Take a deep breath, feel the sun on your skin and let yourself feel blessed, slow your racing heart and be still in your self and take a well earned rest.

There she sits with such grace and majesty, bold and illuminating with beauty so pure. Unassuming yet powerful and wonderfully engaging, of her presence she is proud and steadfastly sure. Honoured by beasts and mankind alike, unique in form and tone, wether the sky below is wild or still, there is no question of the fact that this night is hers alone. So gather your tools and elements of Magic and ask that she may be so kind to empower your spell, and be sure that the task which you both shall undertake, shall be emboldened and strengthened and sure to work well.

If your soul feels like meandering let it be free, who knows what delights it might find?
Maybe a beautiful summer night sunset,
the gorgeous orange orb finding hills to hide behind.
Somewhere in the distance you hear a church bell softly toll, then a moment of silence, so soothing to the soul.
As the pink hazy sky gives way to the night, the shining silver stars twinkle in space.
Flitting, darting bats swoop in flight, darting and dodging all over the place.
The moon majestically takes her place in the sky, a truly enthralling beauty that catches the eye.
The hedgerows bustle with creatures out of sight, rustling through grass and leaves somewhere close by.
The warm evening air gently blows through your hair, as your thoughts drift away without a single care, enjoying the perfection of nature’s pure way of creating a perfect end to another perfect day.

Do not be disheartened by the darkness of the day, it is not as powerful as it is believed to be.  
The time will come when it will be just a memory and from it’s grim shackles you will be free.
Take a deep breath and feel your heart beat, pay attention to the Earth supporting your feet.
Still your mind and let it be clear, love and compassion will overcome fear.

When you feel as though you are stuck in a rut and it seems that there is no way to be free, take a step back and change your perspective and take note of the differences that you can see.
With a new angle from which to observe things may become clearer than what you envisioned before, from this position free from limitations choices to take change from less in to more.
Now that you realise how many ways are possible to make a difference to what you need to do, let yourself be inspired to go down a different road and experience life with vision anew.

The push and pull leaves us feeling unstable as the ground shifts beneath our feet.
So much has changed and confusion is rife as the separated pieces feel incomplete.
Still we keep on keeping on with determination to not wither away and admit defeat.
This time offers chances to make things different and learn from mistakes we cannot repeat.
With new found knowledge and wisdom to share we discover new strength and we won’t be beat.
With fire in our souls and love in our hearts we will make divisions become obsolete.

Take heed of the shining example of a rainbow, a magnificent display of illuminating positivity within overwhelming darkness. An anomaly on display with unabashed beauty, unapologetically vibrant and breathtaking.
With ribbons of fantastic colours, as individual as they can possibly be, each given their own space to thrive, yet coexisting harmoniously and united, to form a wonderful phenomenon completely unique in it’s self. The perfect embodiment of how things can be, effortless in it’s belonging yet naturally powerful. It need not ask for attention or validation, it has no desire for praise or reward, it simply is there as part of everything brilliant in this world, and we should be as such.

Sometimes you will go through times that cast dark shadows on your soul,
and you may not know if the day will come again when you can feel whole,
but given time the light will shine and warm your soul again,
the question that you need to ask is not if? But when?
Your thoughts may feel muted as if they cannot breathe, some days you will hear truths you won’t want to believe, some days you will not even see as you sleep the whole day through, as you feel such exhaustion you never thought could be true.
Tears will flow from your eyes and fall so very hard, your heart will ache with sadness and feel as if it is scarred, you will wonder why it must be so as time rolls by both fast and slow, a stranger to a cold, cold world you didn’t think you could know.
It may all feel pointless, you may not feel at all, you may just want to curl right up into a little ball. You may feel weak, you may feel strong, whatever you feel it is never wrong.

We seek to connect when separation is enforced upon us.
We are told that it is unsafe to be close but we should not fear being together.
We feel that we are going against our own nature to keep each other from harm.
Conflicting confusion clouds the mind and adds to an already difficult experience.
Anxiety and unease are amplified to heights so hard to bare.
It is a heavy price to pay but it will pay off.
From these trials and tribulations we shall create better situations.
Caring connections will be in abundance and their power will be unbeatable.
Unity shall prevail above all else and bonds will be forged with mighty strength.
The path we walk may be difficult but it will lead to a truly beautiful destination.

You’ve got this and we’ve got you, between us there is nothing that we can’t do.
Together we can achieve every dream no matter how crazy it may seem.
Side by side we face our fears and laugh and smile and cry out the tears.
Through the good and bad we act with love even when push comes to shove.
Here you will find a shelter from the rain
and somewhere safe when you are in pain.
Know that people truly care to help you through when you need someone there.

Wipe away the dust of times gone past, when you were so far away from who you are now.
Let the person that you have become shine through and sparkle in the sunlight, radiant and awesome.
Release the old burdens that you need no longer carry and let them be taken away by the wind out of sight.
Embrace the new opportunities to craft a future with sights and experiences that bring joy to your heart.
Indulge in the sweet offerings of life’s bounty and allow your self to find pleasure in beautiful things.
Know that you are worthy of all this and more because you are the embodiment of the wonders of life.

Mother, father, sister and brother, is there really any need to destroy each other?
We may have our differences but why must that cause hate? We need to join in unity to create a better fate.
Fear breeds fear and overwhelms sense, for cruelty and killing there is no defence.
There is no justification for wilful abuse, for bullets or bombs or hanging noose.
There is no integrity in denying human rights, or exposing the innocent to horrifying sights.
There is no need for anyone to be without care, or to be subjected to a hateful stare.
Within this world love can be found, we can easily find common ground.
Purely to benefit the greater good, let us live in harmony just as we should.

You betrayed and cheated, hurt and destroyed, creating a vast and irreparable void, invading where you were not welcome and disgracefully you stole and lied.
Unsatisfied with what you had, you found something to take that wasn’t allowed, and decided to taste of the forbidden fruit, only to discover that it was rotten inside.
The fool that you were continued to consume the rancid bitter flesh, hiding away far out of site, still trying to convince your self that your prize was worthy of pride.
Lavishing attention upon a hollow husk, a soul that was empty as a void, the final shreds of your dwindling essence disappeared and with it, all chance of redemption died.
