Hiding behind a mask,
trying not to face my next task.
Why are we so scared?
Are we unprepared?
We are women, NOT timid.
With strength in our eyes,
our mind comes alive.
To believe life is a challenge is a mind game that we play
everyday just trying to find excuses that we can name.
We wake up and look in the mirror,
look at that beautiful face so sincere.
Do not shed those tears of sorrow,
but smile for the joys of tomorrow.

I want to be alone, or maybe I just want to hold my own.

What color do I see
Green
Life is not based off black and white anymore.
Its all about the money.
The things we would do for a dollar.
Basing our principles off of high scholars.
Fast, easy money is what we want,
some people act like predators going on a hunt.
What would you do for the green,
trying to make sense of what our society sees.

The love of money is the root of all.....

One nation under God,
seems like our nation is falling under frauds.
Our independence, freedom, and loyalty slowly fading away.
When did our nation go under such change.
Was it the day we stood up for our rights,
or the day we fell down in fight.
With liberty and justice for all,
that saying is so cliché knowing we don't get **** for what we say.

Black, White, Asian, Chinese.
Are we actually still racists in todays society?
We act like we don't care but in reality we are scared.
What is there to fear?
The color, gender, or background of a human?
To be scared of our own kind,
seems pretty crazy when we are all built of the same mind.
Look at our culture, everyone acting like vultures.
Where does it end?
When the white men win, or when the black man always dies in the end.

You ever meet someone so pure that they just show you a new meaning to life?
Yeah, me neither.
You ever meet someone so thoughtful that they cared for you as much as you cared for them.
Yeah, me neither.
A positive mindset can change everything.
Your views on love, hope, trust, and loyalty.
Do you have what it takes,
to love the soul of ache,
the hope of a snake,
the trust of a mistake,

Things that are supposed to be bad are good,
and things that are good are supposed to be bad.
Will we pay attention to the signs that are right in front of our eyes.
Influence means everything, especially in this day-n-age.
Peer pressure, drugs, security,
God look what society is doing.
Live with no regrets on this earth because when the end of times occur you might be where it hurts.
