Secrets
Clarice Wright May 2017
I know you're going to be mad
The feelings you thought you had
Was for another girl
Well, I'm that other girl

I'm just a shy kid
Camouflaged before your eyes
Then I knew my words were
the key to see the other side

I should've told you
but I never had the courage
and really didn't think
you'd understand

and now I'm here just to
let me feeling surface
apologizing for disguising
who I am

I did it for you
but I didn't see it through
Baby, I'm sorry

Invisible
Clarice Wright May 2016
If I leave and never come back
Will anyone notice?

If I die tomorrow
Will anyone care?

Am I invisible?
Can anyone even see me?
Or am I just a person that
No one knows?

What if I do something crazy
in front of everyone?
Then will someone notice me?

I'm starting to think I just blend in
Even though I have friends
Does anyone care?

People now days are so self-absorbed
No one has asked me, 'how was your day?'
Or 'you felling okay?'
No word

I'm just a flutter in the clouds out there

Lies
Clarice Wright May 2015
"A poem isn't a poem
Unless it rhymes"
Someone told me

Lies

"You have to believe me"
Someone told me
But they were wrong

Lies

"Come with me to live"
Someone told me
But they tried to **** me

Lies

Lies,Lies,Lies
Lies make me stronger
But no one thinks about it
Until you realize it

All those lies make me wonder
If they say "I love you"
Do they
Or is it a lie?

My Sky
Clarice Wright Mar 2015
The Sky is Blue
The Sky is Green
The Sky is Yellow
The Sky is Pink

It makes it snow
It makes it rain
It makes it windy
It makes me insane

Its the Sky that soon
Jesus will come through
And all will see
Including me

Its such a wonder
Its colorful and beautiful
I have so many memories
With My Sky and me
I have always wanted a photography camera to take pictures of the sky or things you might not see everyday. My birthday is coming up on March 31, and I hope I get one.

The Yellow Cloud
Clarice Wright Feb 2015
The Sky is full of wonders
No one can imagine it
Not even me
Or the kites in the air

I thought about it once or twice
And tried to see
Then one day, I flew so high
I was able to see

Then there it was
All my work payed off
And there it was
Right in front of me

I couldn't believe what it was
I stood before it, frozen
Then I said: ''Um....Hello''
And the yellow cloud said:''Hello.''
