The Changing Sea
Chrysafenios Ean Feb 2019
Over there, the sand is hot
A few miles ahead, the sand gets wet
For it is wet, it gets cold,
And a few miles after comes the shore:

The Sun is shining all above,
Spreading shades of different colors,
Changing and changing after every hour,
While the Sea is spreading its adour.

The seagulls are flying in the air,
Searching for fish that swim near( the shore),
And complete their meal for the hour,
Then have a nice flight in the air.

Over there, the sand is cold,
As the lantern of gold( the Sun ) is cut to a half.
It's painting itself near where the sea meets the sky,
And it's painting there the remaining(colors) of the sky,

Then time goes by,
The seagulls fly to their nests,
The fish swim away to rest,
As the lantern of gold is saying farewell.

Over there, the sand gets colder,
As the risen moon brings new shades for the waters,
And gifts new looks to the sky:

Diamonds and diamonds to wear all over.
The waves are rising further to see
The sky's new looks and beauty,
The winds are turning and dancing, for you see,
They too (with the sight) agree.
