Within and without
inside and outside
Within The body and out
two worlds abide.

The world inside
both wondrous and rapturous
The world outside,
both illusory and sensuous

Go into your world
and pray in the dark.
Learn to be bold
see the light and the mark.

Go out unto the world
and labour in the dark
Learn not to be told
see the good and the stark.

Within and without
both are the same
Journey without doubt
and play a clean game.

I am unworthy
Unworthy of your love
Everyone is truly worthy
While I remain unworthy of love

My parents threw me out
For I am unworthy
My woman threw me out
Because I’m unworthy

Everybody has left me
For I am unworthy
They don’t even want to see
For I am unworthy

I now stand alone
I realise I am unworthy
Everything is lost and gone
For they are all worthy

Everybody is really worthy
Because they found me unworthy
I am now glad to be unworthy
For that has made them worthy

Before the Air
Leaves the body
For good
Before the Air
Departs the body
As it should

Look inside yourself
my friends
Witness the Glory
My friends
Heaven shall be yours
For heaven is inside my friends

INDEED, HEAVEN IS INSIDE MY FRIENDS.

Let barking dogs lie,
They used to say.
For indeed they die,
When you let them lie.

Let them learn the hard way,
They used to say.
For indeed those who go the hard way,
Forever they never stay.

Let them be fooled by a mirage,
They used to say.
For indeed the world’s an illusory stage,
While the show never fades away.
