The grass wet with dew
Whisky clouds float lazily
Above the wet marsh

Dear Homework
It is now 12:14 into the night
And I still am not done
Pointless assignments
With more thoughtful ones
Busy work
With thought provoking
But despite all my efforts
It is now 12:17 into the night
And I still am not done.

Happiness is the green grass
Reborn every Spring
Banishing the brisk and bitter
Finishing the freezing and frigid
Popping out of the ground
To bring Happiness

The brown dead grass
Held down by the wet morning dew
Waiting to be reborn
And reclaim the earth
In the name of Spring

On the field
Of grass pure green
A conflict of power
And a contest of skill
The struggle of one team
Opposing the struggle of another
Each only allowing fleeting a chance
Each only achieving a brief moment of return
And with the last brawl
One team comes to a fall.
