Warm rays welcoming me
Sky as blue as far as the eye can see
Gentle breeze blowing the leaves
Flowers swaying
Tomorrow will be
Better than today

From the day we are born
To the day we die
We walk this earth alone
Not a soul to guide us

At the end of the day
In our thoughts we are lost
Consuming our mind
We are alone again
Never to feel
Never to see
Never to speak
Never to love

Without  a doubt
My world began crumbling
Waves swept over
Consuming it whole
Realizing there was no more
I departed
Content that I moved on
A new beginning
