are you the slightest bit of my favourite old marigold? yes, you were you were marigold all around bloomed awake all year round but my beloved summer bloom left my heart a bit too soon marigold and its fair beauty is not as pretty as i always knew they would be marigold and its golden locks bloom free was never fragrant as i always believed it would be marigold fitted in early morning's gown was never sweet as honey tainted were their crowns you are every bit of marigold that slipped between my bedroom door and in my gardens marigold tore you are every bit of marigold my favourite bloom in vase displays in bundles of little amber bouquets and so do my marigolds wilt fast golden yellow will be unpolished brass these soils take them home back as seeds in beds of river foams "goodbye to my -beloved marigold" is what i should've said a long time ago -

golden bloom
i fell asleep that one day between your arms and evening's ray but i'd like to wake up now and stop dreaming if i knew how tell me these tears weren't real and neither the wounds that i feel when you left and walked away tell me you'll come when i wake and stay wake me up if not today promise me you will someday when i exit moonlight's den i know you'd smile at me again it would glow soft with sunlight's beam then i'd tell you, "i had a funny dream" til' i lay awake i'll ask for a favour that you could take hold me while i sleep so i dont stumble and tumble and fumble and fall too deep

Want to fly Want to die Want to live free, a butterfly Fly away Far away Towards the sun as she lays And in her slumber she says "Fly high today, tomorrow, and everyday" "Even forever, there is a way" "Go fly, go dive, go flutter and thrive" "But someones home, she stays awake" "On the front porch she patiently waits" "Through winter, and fall", "Spring too, and in summer with faith" Fly away Far away Maybe you would, come back one day After you live free, a butterfly She sits on the shore line, she cries And whispers to you, as you touch the skies "I love you" "Goodbye"

i missed how you drew me with words and the love in your voice, when i drew sorrow on my arms black and blue, where are you? heal the scars from my lips seal it with your own in your arms i'd dream for the night rest my worries of this long fight i could sleep to your heartbeat feel your breath for the warmth it sheaths black and blue, where are you? i'm out here alone its getting dark i want to come home
