I know the pain you feel is deep,
your want from life is simple peace.
And though I cannot guarantee,
please listen closely, as I speak.
Presently you stroll alone,
searching for a hand to hold.
You feel your sorrow in your bones,
in harshest sun, you still feel cold.
Pre - dawn, however, is darkest night
that must be followed by morning light.
I pray you won't give up the fight,
the universe will set things right.
I know at times, it seems unclear
that happiness is always near.
But wholly I believe my dear,
someday soon, you'll find some cheer.

Can you guess
My hidden secret
Where in darkness
You will feel pain
But also pleasure
With a forbidden taboo
For nobody will know

A life full of history
I really wish I could erase those memories
They are my dark past mystery
Yeah, it hurts and still does leave me jittery

A soul both dark and light
A spirit both fighter and lover
A heart both strong and gentle
I speak for injustice
I fight for the bullied
Yet I tremble with fear
To the darkest of human spear
I was told I had to define myself
I'm either this or that
It doesn't feel quite right
To choose one but not the other
For I am both
So I abandon and take flight
Finding my own heavenly shelter
Protecting my innocent light

Do you hear society crumbling?
Do you see the cowards fleeing?
Do you feel the burning?
The streets are filled with the screams of women and children
Hell is on Earth but you don't even realize it yet
The forgotten shall remember this day
You pray that God bless all you have
While the forgotten have nothing
They have lost all empathy
Your being is a mockery
May the forgotten have mercy
The desolation shall be all we see
Close your eyes
Dig your grave
The forgotten and I shall remember this day

There was once a man who's hands were stained with oil
And at church he was taught of being kind,
How it's wrong that men are enslaved and toil
And that God frees all slaves in time.
But he wouldn't give to the poor
-And never found a reason to ask why,
Then he stole gold from the land as never before
And enslaved the lands peoples lives.
But there was once a man that aimed the slaves be set free,
He would speak out in order to save the slaves
And he'd fight for their victory
So that Africa's heart would be saved.
And never ever was the tree to have life again
Until Africa's heart was set free,
He must free the lands people then
From sea to shining sea.
And never ever would the spirits thrive again
Until he led her people to overcome,
Her children must be given life once again
Africa's children must be given our love.

To the darkness she venture
Fighting the cold night
Although this sounds like one big adventure
Things are not all right
she's trying to escape the hell one calls 'home'
Away into the wild she roam
I guess escaping is her best bet
Away from the hurtful threats
Deciding to free herself from all this drama
as she tries to heal from the trauma
Nobody knows how hard her life is
Sometimes it feels like life is one big quiz
Nevertheless, one thing she will never do is...forgive...
So off she went
Breathing the new life's scent
The only thing she feels now....is content

Have you ever been in a bad situation?
Where you are stuck with indecision?
It’s not because of fear of the situation
You are actually shocked at what just happened
