The door opened dropping me to the place where we first met. It started with this—  a wandering soul walking  in the lobby of a peculiar building And there’s a lift waiting for someone to come in. You let me stay. I never wonder why the lights are strangely dim or why the numbers on the wall did not cease to go on and off.
An eerie silence filled the space between us; from where I am and where I wanted to be.
My eyes— they are unblinking as I venture towards your lowest of lows,
But you are unwilling, for one peek could distort your forbidding soul.
So you brought me back to the floor you let me in— Strangers; metal walls around yourself.
I pressed the button more than once thinking that it will come faster. But it can’t be opened. You won’t.
So, for the last time I close my eyes and feel the cold barriers surrounding your heart.

Elevator
After Aodhan King and Joel Davies' Sinking Deep Rising tide washes over as the current pulls you deeper toward the disarray of the trench’s bottom where they lie—- the wreckage of vessels and barges. Fleets of battleships. And the sea monsters that reside just lurking around the corner. The sweet taste of air— already forgotten as the sea water floods inside, filling every fissure, saturating everything. You watch the current take away pieces of you—- parts you thought you cannot live without. You finally decided to let go. You are drowning. No— You are being cleansed.

Rock Bottom (Revised)
And I will wait on you like how you're always waiting for me to come back whenever I choose to follow my heart

i am in the middle of a storm, a war broke out between my flesh and soul Huge waves break, pull me in drown me in my failings and fears water fills my lungs eyes sore from the ocean or from the tear- flooded days and nights i don’t know which is which or where it hurts or why i am feeling this way or how could i survive this squall all i can see is darkness in the bottom of the ocean where your memories lie, together with all the broken promises and hearts

Rock bottom
Nobody likes to feel the pain of losing someone nor the agony of remembering how everything used to be Nobody likes to hear the sound of your heart breaking nor the soundless scream you make as you cry in the night Nobody likes the smell of the bridge burning nor the smoke from the house, that’s slowly turning down to ashes Nobody likes the taste of the blood coming from your mouth nor the defeat from something you desperately fought so hard Nobody likes to see your flaws and imperfections no matter how they promise they’ll love you the same so, you carefully tuck them under the beds together with the demons you hide to save the people you love from horror.

The Five Senses
You dropped me to the place where we first met We were strangers then never imagined that it will come to this You let me in and brought me to places farther than anyone ever been I stayed and enjoyed the ride but the higher we go, the darker it becomes I’m not afraid of the demons you kept from everyone But you’re terrified of what they might do to me inside So you brought me back to the place where we first met Strangers; high walls around yourself You closed the door and left me outside But I will do something you never expected I will stay I won’t leave ‘Til you decide to let me in again.
