I'm a 20-something Okie-raised, recent (northern) California resident, previously adopted by Mexico City, and acquainted with many other states and countries. I've been writing since before I could make letters - I dictated journal entries to my older sister. Over the past couple of years I've written more and more, and finally found the courage to read my work out loud to people. Finding inspiration through everyone from Harriet the Spy to my grandfather to Fiona Apple to David the Psalmist, I am very pleased to be part of a social network such as this.
