They saw an image of a man
jumping off the Empire State
They laughed at his stupidity
and mocked his self-hate

They laughed a little bit more
Of the man standing on top of the building ready to dive
Not realizing the image they saw was only one piece
Where the man was jumping to save another man's life.

She hates the girl standing inches away,
She wants to **** her in any way,
She holds the pill to her lip,
And holds the bleach ready to take a sip,
She holds the blade across the girl's skin,
Hoping it'll make her feel beautiful and thin,
But she couldn't do it anyway,
Because there was only a mirror standing a few inches away.

Waves crashed,
Summer time,
Broken pieces,
She said she's "fine",

Leaves fell,
Fall time,
Earth was hell,
And words could never rhyme,

Birds leave,
Winter time,
A long sleave,
The sun no longer will shine,

The birds have already sung,
Spring time,
As the last breath escaped her lungs,
I could only look at her dead eyes, that were no longer mine.

It's like being lost in a sea,
You scream for help,
But it's like your cries are silent,
No one can see you dying,
No one can hear you crying,
And every time you see a ship,
You finally feel like you're floating again,
But that's when the storm hits,
And boom, you are drowning again.

It’s the battle im fighting
it’s the battle I fought
a body I thought I was saving
but indeed, I left it to rot
it’s the life im saving
of a desperate soul
trying to bring it back to life
trying to reach the shore
it’s the monster im fighting
beneath the skin
a battle turned into a war
all deep within
even though the soul was black
it was filled with every color of pain
trying so hard, to fight the monster back
rise up, sink low, just like an airplane
it’s the urge i'm fighting
to **** the monster inside
but that filthy soul won't stop struggling
struggling the must to sink down low, again, and hide
under the shadows
deep down the seas
the lost soul will always hide
the lost soul, it will always be
