Did you know that if you don't stretch in the correct way, you might end up thwarting the entire purpose of your workout and suffer unwanted injuries? Doing pre-workout stretches thoroughly will determine whether you are benefiting from your workout or whether it's worsening your muscle tear. Here are the major stretching crimes that you should never commit. Not doing a proper warm-up According to gym instructors worldwide, this is the most commonly committed crimes in any gym. A warm-up is a must before any kind of workout — cardio or weights — and must ideally last at least 12-15 minutes. Assuming that stretching is a warm-up Stretching and warming up is not the same. You need to warm up first, before you are ready to stretch. A slow jog or brisk walking on the treadmill is a good warm-up. Rushing through your stretching exercises Stretching should be for the entire body. You cannot skip any parts. Involve stretches that work your lower back, shoulders, calves, stomach, quads etc. You should not move from one stretch to the other in very quick succession because that may cause untoward injuries. Try to hold each stretch for 20 seconds. When you breathe deeply and hold the stretch, your muscles get trained to tolerate the maximum that your limbs can go to. Giving stretching a skip after a workout You have done an hour of strenuous exercise and now you just want to rush out of the gym; that is a huge mistake. Spend some time bending and stretching after your sweat session. Then, do a cool down before you leave the gym. Not stretching every day You need to be your flexible best always and that can only happen if you stretch daily, even on the days that you aren't gymming. This ensures that your gym days are more fruitful and that you make the most of them. Not breathing properly Breathing right is a very important aspect of stretching. Breathe naturally while you inhale through your nose, expand your rib cage and upper abdomen as you fill in your lungs. When exhaling, breathe out through your mouth, preferably making an audible sound. This relaxes you. While stretching, you need to breathe out when you are exerting, that is, when you are actually contracting your muscles. Doing static stretches Never stand still and do stretches that work only one muscle. You should rather do stretches that work a group of muscles — like a lunge that stretches your upper hamstring muscle, your ankles and also your glutes. Ignoring pain while stretching When you are in the middle of a stretch and you feel pain, stop immediately and consult an expert. Your stretch should make you feel a gentle pull only, not immense pain. If you are hurting, you are doing it wrong. Rest a few days and then go back to working out under a qualified trainer.Read more here:www.marieaustralia.com/formal-dresses

Filipinos Journal A Memoir
I wake each morning and hope one day To receive an answer for what I pray That all the souls that walk upon This earth their pain will all be gone My heart it breaks when I will see That human kind shall never be To care for good and truly mean And try to change the pain I’ve seen Perhaps just one can make a change And spread the word widen the range For those to make a difference, yes! To turn around this worldwide mess I will not stop believing in good No matter evils, I’ve understood If only you could stop and feel Take a moment to see what’s real Not the roles that we take upon So brief, its stay and soon be gone But in your heart see what is there Is it full, or is it bare? Take a breath, let air come in And know that we all have been Through pain and hate tis always there Its up to us, to fight and share The strength that we hold deep inside And over come for what we’ve cried Can you love, can you feel? Not much it takes to make it real So stop this hate, this jealous stride And spread some joy, near and wide Don’t stop and think if it is worth The time you take to love this earth It is our home, our only home Where shall we go when it is gone? So please I ask, just think today A will exists, so there’s a way

Smelly Feet In the sun, feel the heat, and the odor of my smelly feet. All people squeezing their nose, from the cheese between my toes. Shoes melted on the road, smell spreading to the next zip code. Even I'm wearing a gas mask, sipping whiskey from my flask. Feet burning as I start to run, stick a fork in them, they're done. Still a mile left to go, I can see my feet as they glow. Leaving melting skin far behind, left sunglasses home and going blind. Hot tar starting to melt, I'd do anything for a conveyor belt. Soaking feet when I get home, Pretty soon, I will see bone. My house is just down the block, vultures circling as they stalk. Getting worse is the odor, laughing at me is the Caddyshack gopher. The Rock wants to know what I'm cooking, it's my feet, that is brewing. The smell is spreading worldwide, my feet are now Kentucky fried. People cheer as I reach my door, **** my feet are very sore. Sprayed my feet with tough acting Tinactin, burned so bad it melted the rest of my skin. Soaked my bones in cold water, never have I felt a road more hotter. Sprayed Fabreze for about an hour, then I took a long cold shower. Moonshine and pain pills dull my pain, it was my own fault so can't complain. Now I wear special shoes, my smelly ***** feet even made the news.

200+ Temperature records set worldwide in the last two days; 430+ Temperature records set worldwide in the last seven. The heat record in Death Valley is 134 degrees Fahrenheit; it has been as close to that as 124 degrees the past few days. Believe what you will about the inconvenience of the dire truth; Statistical Anomalies are becoming the new Norms

We do **** culture in uhmerica. What is uhmerican culture anyway? I'll explain: it's like, irrationalized entitlement, moral decadence on every side of every fence & sick narcissistic pride to be parasitic, a louse ******* the life out of the whole **** planet. Men who have everything still die from depression. Women who call freedom co-decency bold faced oppression. **** first question later. Hermits complaining about the rain when they know **** well they don't even go outside. Everyone lies to everyone lies to everyone lies to everyone lies to everyone.   See? It's a cycle. A spiral. Maybe it'll go quiet into the night, or maybe it'll ignite the whole **** planet. Has anyone else noticed the rise and fall of Napoleon & the Romans?   How every worldwide empire dies?   In a fiery gust of embarassment   that was the special from the start. I've grown numb to the disgust I felt towards everyone else & the fact that they're all kind of beyond helping. Now I'm just waiting for it all to fall apart.

We are each our own moon. Charismatic souls reflecting sunlight, As if to illuminate a room, We glow against black, void; an endless night. Like a caterpillar to a butterfly, emerging from a tight knit cocoon, Spreading each wing, confidently slicing the evening air…taking flight. Or even a flower freshly bloomed on a midsummer’s afternoon. The moon: a flower, silently smiling despite the plight. Aside from what each day shuffles in; each night simmers out No matter how often we feel we have lost ourselves… Or leave way to fill our heads with doubt. With recurring assumptions of a worldwide redemption:omnipotent stealth. Needn't some take longer than others to sprout? Staring blankly into a mirror, or a moonless night sky: hungry for answers, yet facing an empty shelf. However, that doesn't infer we embark on a divergent route. Simply due to lack of clarity, lack of reasoning behind each card dealt. With that in mind, Just as the moon, true colors may dwindle…they may fade, yet in essence are always there. Even on a cloudy day, or when the sunshine is at its peak…and just as well for the blind. Full moon, half moon, new moon…waxing, waning: dynamic phases the night sky shares. Moon phases;moody faces…natures way of emphasizing personality defined. Notwithstanding the dark side, each moon may wear. Like a guilty pleasure manifesting in a secret shrine, We all suppress a certain side; to pompous to face reality genuinely bare. Fragments of our faces may always be hidden, But there’s one thing that will never absorb into the eclipse: emotion. Some figure each phase, each wave of vibes … simply fate already written. Devils advocate begs to differ… let your mind emit all distraction and harmonize with the ocean. Effervescent rays, warm barrels in which emotions, old and new, have ridden. Chaotically contradicting thoughts, pulling and pushing, creating the paradox of serene commotion. A world of words from each moon face: a beautiful encryption. We are each our own moon, written in the waves, compelled by life’s devotion.

Family Reunion Had dinner with my parents tonight, this week was the first time I’ve seen them together in my entire life, honestly, and even though I left home at 14, all of the blame, can’t really be put on either them or me, because my parents had broken up, since long before I was woken up, separated for so long, I often wondered if they were even ever together, I brought them together for my birthday, October 2016, my father flew in from The States, we all met in Thailand where my mom lives, dinner was difficult, my mom is losing her mind, while she’s sitting there spilling her soul, my dad just sits there and asks meaningless questions, my mother sitting there saying how she has no money, how she has no family other than us, how she has no shoes on her feet, and no real place to call home, like I’m supposed to feel guilty for that, like I don’t send her money all the time, like I wasn’t in Thailand just to visit her, like I’m a man now so she chooses to blame me, like she’s chosen to blame every other man that’s ever been in her life, how many husbands has she had now, 4 or 5, maybe 6 or 7, I don’t know I’ve lost count. Seriously, ridiculous, what do you say to your mom, when you think she’s a **** and I know that might sound like a terrible thing to say, but it’s the truth and I refuse to censor myself, my, self, doesn’t even feel like me anymore, not even sure if I’m a human let alone a man, man, the Atomic Family is more like an Atomic Bomb, what a mess we’ve made, and all in the name of what, I have no idea, honestly, well, it’s all probably a simulation always, at least that’s what Elon Musk says, “There’s a 1 in billions chance that we are not living in a Simulated Reality.”. Makes me want to tell my parents, that they are just part of a computer program, but they’d probably just call me crazy, and then just disappear… ∆ Aaron LA Lux ∆ from The new book '777' available worldwide on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1548700746

I remember when we were so pure our love was untouchable I remember your voice in my ear telling me how much you were in love with me mind body and soul those words run so deep down my spine it gave me chills like no other I've never yearn for your love as much as I yearn for yours now the day you left made my heart crumble into a thousand pieces but when we were together I remember your soft skin you're dreaming Journey eyes that took me on a worldwide Adventure I remember those pointless drives where we drive down Lake Shore with no direction or destination. I remember when we used to cuddle and watch movies laugh and kiss your soft lips against mine I remember you said forever and never will I leave you you will always be mine I remember those words like yesterday... were you playing in my hair and you look in my innocent beautiful eyes and tell me how beautiful I am as you caress your fingers across my soft skin you tell me how you don't want this moment to never end I look at you and see my future as bright as the Moon on a night so peaceful and blue I stood there next to you telling you how much you mean to me telling you all my pain and sorrow as you comfort me..I lay my head on your shoulder and as you pull me in closer my knees begin weaken by yourself touch and by the sound of your voice put me at ease put me at peace you touch my mind body and soul I'll remember you

Cherry petals through currents of air travel far to get caught in your hair. Just as I travelled, woeful, worldwide to find home here, at last, by your side. Thrown off balance when first meeting you, I resisted but fell for your charm and strong heart that can never wish harm. Blooming trees around you—what a view... I reach out, set the pink petals free from the waves of your locks—a brown sea. Like a siren, you call—my head dips. You're the one in control, don't you see? My mind races, my pulse wildly skips as I steal a warm gasp from your lips.

Please, may someone save my country? Save it from the guy that says he would beat up any gay couple he saw kissing Save it from the guy that says ugly woman don't even deserve to be ***** Save it from the guy that says he approves torture Save it from the guy that says his son would never date a black woman cause he was raised well Save it from the guy that says people should be fuzilated Save it from the guy that says he weakened and for that he had a female child Save it from the guy that says parents should beat up their kids if they started "acting gay" Save it from the guy that says it's okay to put rats inside of teen girls' vaginas as a way of punishment Save it from the guy that says women should be paid less than men Save it from the guy that says the mistake of the military regime was to torture instead of killing Above all Save it from all the people that voted for him Save it from the 97.290.000 that voted for this man today Save it, or else I don't what to do Where to hide Where to cry Actually, Above all Do not save this country Just save those people Those minds capable of agreeing with such terrible things Save them And you'll save my country Save them all, worldwide And you'll save this planet Do it otherwise And we're all dummed

I’m not feeling all that well, my friends. It’s been that way forever. You could see the clearest of days; I would see stormy weather. The doc said that there’s nothing we can do. He said, “Just blame it on the low dopamine and the serotonin blues.” Now some pills will make it all better; others will make it much worse. It feels like I’m in a witch hunt and everyone else threw the curse. I really could use me a broom; this is true. I’ll just get away from the low dopamine and the serotonin blues. I just can’t get out of bed today when it feels like I just jumped in. With this little game of counting sheep, you know that I just can’t win. The mathematician will be retiring soon. He has a bad case of the low dopamine and the serotonin blues. The hours—they turn to days. The days just turn to weeks. A squirrel just had his nuts drop. You can bet it’s one of the meek. Whatever sound, it really was in good tune. Perhaps it was the low dopamine and the serotonin blues. It’s time to get the oil changed— getting thicker deep inside. If I get a few more things fixed up, I’ll have me a real fine ride with a radio inside that ride just for my crew, one that plays my low dopamine and my serotonin blues. So the ambulating bandleader quit. I think that he’s still on the mend. He claims that bad-boy poetry could lead to a worldwide trend. All agree this cat has way overpaid his dues. It’s only the low dopamine and the serotonin blues.

We walk upon the dock, skinny dipping swimming in our Moonrise Kingdom, in the sea we swim with saline skin, as the Moon rise ascends with Mars patiently waiting, where are we, we are in a place many call paradise, suppose that’s as good of a word for it as anything, raw rock lobster ceviche no married time just maritime, mirrored minds, looking through the Looking Glass, brewing brines, the home brewed stew is cooking fast, there are plenty of fish in the sea, it’s just up to you to cast, the only problem with magical moments, is they are always gone to fast, basking, in her stare, brackish taste in the air, Her eyes reflect the light of the Moonrise, the shine reflects from moon to hair, and we are both grateful for each other, because we could be anywhere in the world but we are here, her eyes reflect the light of the Moonrise, she is as soft as white sand beaches, but her shell, her shell is as hard as stone crab no ceviche, teach us, teacher, show me the Love, class is always in session, show me the Light, show me the truth in your lessons, blessing, this world with her touch, she commands where she goes, she stands steady when she walks, which is quite a contrast, to this sea which sways below this dock, we dive in, alive when, we swim, within the waters with our bare skin, bare skin, under the light of our Moonrise Kingdom, no where else to be but where we are, so we’ll be here until Kingdom come… ∆ Aaron La Lux ∆ from Hollywood's Heartbeat available worldwide 7/7/16

Flatulence breeds laughter Come smile with me, as I sing you a song; About God's little gift, to every man. For we all like to laugh and forget all our worries And we all like to laugh, whenever we can. At a worldwide problem which just can't be solved; Of epidemic proportions, it affects us all. It's the funniest thing known, but embarrassing too; But the louder the funnier, as long as it's not you. It's flatulence! It's one big **** It's a stinky little number and it came from my **** It's flatulence! It's one big **** It's a stinky little number written straight from the heart. It's flatulence! It's one big **** It's a stinky little number and it came from my **** It's flatulence! It's one big **** La, la, la, la, La, la, la, la, La, la, la, la, La, lahh! Who dropped that off? Who left us a present? Who smells that bad? Come on! Who the Hell is it? God **** that's bad, something smells like it's died. You filled my lungs with a sickness, you brought a tear to my eye; You made me wish I was a dog and I had no nose, Then when you'd tell them of my story, They'd say how does he smell? (shout) AWFUL! Well it's time to end this song, With no more bad **** jokes in sight. It's time to wander on, With just a trumpety, trump; goodnight. (C)2005 Aa Harvey. All Rights Reserved.

Princess Diana was born in England and died in France. When she was in a car crash, she didn't have a chance. She divorced Prince Charles of Wales just one year before she died. Diana was only 36 years old and her death was mourned worldwide. When somebody dies that young, it's always hard to understand. She did charity work and was trying to have landmines banned. Harry and William are Diana's sons. If she hadn't died, she would be 61. For many, Diana's death was a devastating blow. She was a princess who died a quarter of a century ago.

Hark! The Mind Reels
SpongeBob SquarePants is an American animated television series created by marine biologist and animator Stephen Hillenburg for Nickelodeon. The series chronicles the adventures and endeavors of the title character and his various friends in the fictional underwater city of Bikini Bottom. The series' popularity has made it a media franchise, as well as Nickelodeon network's highest rated show, and the most distributed property of MTV Networks. The media franchise has generated $8 billion in merchandising revenue for Nickelodeon. Many of the ideas for the series originated in an unpublished, educational comic book titled The Intertidal Zone, which Hillenburg created in the mid-1980s. He began developing SpongeBob SquarePants into a television series in 1996 upon the cancellation of Rocko's Modern Life, and turned to Tom Kenny, who had worked with him on that series, to voice the titular character. SpongeBob was originally to be named SpongeBoy, and the series was to be called SpongeBoy Ahoy!, but these were changed, as the name was already trademarked. The series was previewed on Nickelodeon in the United States on May 1, 1999, following the television airing of the 1999 Kids' Choice Awards, and officially premiered on July 17, 1999. It has received worldwide critical acclaim since its premiere and gained enormous popularity by its second season. The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, a feature-length film adaptation, was released in theaters on November 19, 2004, and a sequel is currently in production, with a projected release date of February 13, 2015. On July 21, 2012, the series was renewed and aired its ninth season, beginning with the episode "Extreme Spots".[2][3] Despite its widespread popularity, the series has been involved in several public controversies, including one centered around speculation over SpongeBob SquarePants' intended ****** orientation. The series has been nominated for a variety of different awards, including 17 Annie Awards (with six wins), 17 Golden Reel Awards (with eight wins), 15 Emmy Awards (with one win), 13 Kids' Choice Awards (with 12 wins), and four BAFTA Children's Awards (with two wins). In 2011, a newly described species of mushroom, Spongiforma squarepantsii, was named after the cartoon's title character.

She’s so beautiful, she’s such a Passion Magnet, that even though I know she can not be owned, I still want to call her my own so anytime I want I can have it, so precious our time together is, that I don’t take a moment for granted, still she’s so humble, that even though she is all powerful she doesn’t know it, she’s the most modest Hottest Goddess I’ve ever witnessed, so when she let’s me in I take the chance & hope I don’t blow it, she’s everything I’ve ever wanted, best love I’ve ever made, if she’d accept my proposal, I’d propose to her this very today, I’d get on my knees & ask for her hand with a ring, I’d give her my word, give her her space, & I’d give up the game, but none of the what ifs that may happen after even matter, because when we’re together everything else vanishes, these words become unheard irrelevant meaningless chatter, we become a phenomenon of amorous rapturous happiness, whereupon all our wrongs are gone. the only song is laughter, & all that exists is an ambience of virtuous everlasting bliss, as her seas swell she yells, flooding the lands of this one man island, going off without a pause she digs in her claws, shivering gleefully delivering repeatedly oceanic ******* & as she does I let go & give up my whole self as an offering, I let her have her way with me, we literally make love for hours, uncensored, this is not for amateurs or minors, this is grown & **** pheromones exercising exciting instincts, this is not for idiots or cowards, it takes courage & strength, to let yourself be so open & vulnerable, & after the session is done I propose to her, “Fck it run away with me, let’s go all the way, let’s create our own world where we are untouchable, I’ve got the funds to pay if you’re ready to run away, seriously let’s create our own kingdom it’ll be wonderful.”, to this she turned to me & in our post-sex sweat she said, “But Aaron we just met I’m not so sure I mean I don’t know.”, to which I said, “Izzy I get it but please trust your self, take a few moments to meditate on it & listen to your soul, let us hold onto these moments of bliss together, & let’s let everything else just go.”… ∆ LaLux ∆ THHT3: The Hollywood Hearts Trilogy vol. 3 available worldwide: 9/9/19
