Sahi raste ko dhoondhne nikle to the, magar yeh nahin pata tha ki itni jaldi thak jayenge. Kabhi kabhi to lagta hai ki ab ruk jana chahiye, thoda aram kar lena chahiye, lekin woh bhi namumkin lagta hai kyunki, ab to sapne bhi ajeeb se ate hain. Chalte chalte, wade to kafi kiye the is safar mein, kuch unse, kuch apne ap se, lekin yeh andaza bhi nahin tha ki un sabhi umeedon par pani ferte hue chale jayenge. Yeh mehsoos bhi nahin hua ki apne hi apnon ke pankh kat chuke the, talash thi to bas us kandhe ki jo is ladkhadate hue ko sahara de sake. Fir bhi, dheere dheere is katon ki chadar par age badna hai, dil yahi kehta rehta hai, kyunki jhoothi hansi ki kuch aisi adat si ** gayi hai, ki ab chahte hue bhi dard ka ehsas nahin hota hai.

Daud
maybe all i need to stop this pain is a little motrin. maybe all i need to stop this bleeding is a band-aid. maybe all i need to stop this screaming are some ear plugs. maybe all i need to stop this drowning is a life raft. maybe all i need to stop this agony is a little numbness. numbness... it wears off,  doesn't stop the pain only holds back the flood gates of sleepless nights and screaming hearts, bloodshot eyes and rejections knife. just long enough for me to catch a glimmer of hope, a mirage in the Sahara, so beautiful yet so cruel.   just as i get close enough to taste a sweet tomorrow, the desert sun sets. and i'm still bleeding, and you're still gone. maybe all i need to stop this searching is a little less hope.

1664 I did not reach Thee But my feet slip nearer every day Three Rivers and a Hill to cross One Desert and a Sea I shall not count the journey one When I am telling thee. Two deserts, but the Year is cold So that will help the sand One desert crossed— The second one Will feel as cool as land Sahara is too little price To pay for thy Right hand. The Sea comes last—Step merry, feet, So short we have to go— To play together we are prone, But we must labor now, The last shall be the lightest load That we have had to draw. The Sun goes crooked— That is Night Before he makes the bend. We must have passed the Middle Sea— Almost we wish the End Were further off— Too great it seems So near the Whole to stand. We step like Plush, We stand like snow, The waters murmur new. Three rivers and the Hill are passed— Two deserts and the sea! Now Death usurps my Premium And gets the look at Thee.

I did not reach Thee
Tere pyar ne mujhe pagal bna diya , Tujhme khoye hain hum es kadar ki, apna nam pata bhi bhula diya, Jawane Se chhupa ke ki tujhse mohabbat , Par tune mujhe jawane se hi begana bna diya, Tere pyar ne mujhe pagal bna diya.... Tere intezar me har pal ji raha hu ghut ghut ke, kaha chali gayi ** sanam tum mujhse ruth ke, ab to jine ka sahara hain bus teri ye yadein, Soch kar biti baton ko nam ** jati hai meri ye aankhen, Teri wafawon ne mera sab kuchh jala diya, tere pyar ne mujhe pagal bna diya. .. chalti raho me tujhe dhundh raha hoon, chand taro se tera pta puchh raha hoon, tune mere dil me ek jagah bna liya, tere pyar ne mujhe pagal bna diya.... mat dena dhokha tum mujhe pyar me ai sanam nahi to tut jaunga, chhod tumhe mai es duniya se chala jaunga, laut ke phir mai kabhi na aaunga, tere esk me maine teri har kamiyo ko bhula diya, tere pyar ne mujhe pagal bna diya. .. yaadon ko teri  Manish  likh raha apni kalam se es tarah ki, teri nafrat ko bhi usne amrit bna diya, tere pyar ne mujhe pagal bna diya, tere pyar ne mujhe pagal bna diya....

MATA-PITA
I like to think that I'm a mixture of a sunflower, a lioness, and a tortoise. why? simply because a sunflower is exuberant, vibrant in color, flows softly and carelessly with the wind, plain and simple, Intriguing to say the lease. why a lioness? because she is Queen of the Sahara desert. she is loyal, she is independent and does not fully need to depend on a male, though when given the right one, she'll go through many lengths to accommodate him. she is also full in color,  plastered with battle scars to prove that she is of worth and can handle the meat thrown at her with nothing but scavengers surrounding her, tempting her. why a tortoise? because they are slow and steady, live on land with feet as claws, being able to dig into troubles and come out more wise than before. Also they can retrieve back into their cave for as long and as endless as they want, solitude is acceptable and perfered. one is noticeable yet, easily breakable and disposable. one is lazy, yet keen one is small, yet can take on the world for three hundred and thirty years. I'll be forever, and memorable, and radiant.

CINTA dan Dunia
You used to be my pink skies and cotton candy clouds but now everything is grey, rainy and miserable. And it makes me want to cry. We're going in a different direction now and I am not the one who pulled the steering wheel. I no longer see my open fields flooded far and wide with cherry blossoms and all the green sparrows have flown away. They are crying now and I can no longer hear your voice. Instead, it is all a barren wasteland. And the sand is not even at least the beautiful orange the Sahara desert always is. All the portraits in my castle have gone blank. The castle itself, war torn, brought down to rubble as a result of the battle I fought within myself. I may have lost the battle but I have not yet lost the war. I hope. Unfortunately, our worlds did not collide as subtly as I had prayed. It was a violent mishap, an event outside of time. I sit silently and alone in the centre of my dreams as I have witnessed them being violently washed away by ocean waves with my hands tied and bound by my admiration for you. You like beaches right? That has to mean something, maybe a reason for you to stay a little longer. You are my Dystopia. But dystopia is subject to interpretation. And what is yours will never be mine and what is mine you do not even want at all. My dystopia sounds like it belongs in a book, but we all know how long that lasts. Be sure to check out Utopian Dystopia Pt. 1!

Utopian Dystopia Pt. 2
Pyar ke deep jalayenge hum, Mil kar sath sabhi Desh ki takat ko badhayenge hum, Es desh ki mitti hamari hain, Yahi par janam liya hain yahi par mar jayenge hum, Pyar ke deep jalayenge hum, Mita ke nafrat logon me phir se bhaichara layenge hum, Auraton ka samman karenge Use vishav me devi ka darja dilayenge hum, Mil kar sath sabhi pyar ke deep jalayenge hum, Banenge hum besaharon ka sahara Apne aap ko itna takatwar banayenge hum, Na koi bada na koi chhota hoga es desh me, Ese hi puri duniya ko batayenge hum, mil kar sath sabhi pyar ke deep jalayenge hum...

PYAR KE DEEP
There's history in my hair please don't touch, handle with care. It's the same as this perfect pigment, this melanin I wear Richly rooted in my blood Whether dark or fair Sun kissed and kinked in bliss More love for my 'rough n tough Afro puff' She shines like the Sahara sun She smells like the salt of the Gold coast sea. Theres a hint of the bittersweet seed of the cocoa tree. Feels like the pillow that holds all your dreams with the dry Harmattan wind brushing against your cheek She'll whisper secrets of the motherland.... If you get close enough She holds like Mina Curls with pride Falls with grace and integrity. Stubborn like the struggle of the ones before me. Gravity defying masterpiece that's just a single piece of me, a reminder of my ancestry. It's my glory, my covering Don't take it lightly, don't misunderstand, I'm a work of art so please peep but just don't touch. © Raphaela Israel Öbeñg

Gham ka sahara
My heart yearns for an adventure For a strange and rare venture Oblivious of the tons of dangers For in adventures I ain’t a stranger For I would relieve childhood years That I spent with my little peers. An adventure in distant lands Where the children play with wet sands. And dolphins jump out of water When the noon sun makes the ocean hotter. Where the fisherman yaw his boat To capture all the salmon afloat. An adventure by the oasis in the Sahara desert Where Tuaregs sit by the cactus to eat dessert. And watch as scorpions prey on lizards To feast on their gizzards. I want day sun to warm my smooth skin And the night cold to shiver my crude chin. An adventure cuddling cold snow on my hand Where the icy pillars in their majesty stand. And make a cave of snow Strong to stand when wind blow. Then I will scare the polar bear That my cave like a paper wants to tear. An adventure on the corn field When in summer the flowers yield When the butterflies pollinates the corns And the farmer weeds out the thorns I want to watch the corn spring to life When the early rain is rife An adventure across the sky in a plane And watch as daylight slowly wane. I want to leave a route on the sky That in the future I would still ply. Then immortalize my name in the cloud That dark clouds in their anger cannot shroud. An adventure deep in the amazon woods When the purple squirrel burrow for food. Where the monkey sway their tails And red roses litter narrow trails. I want to watch the ants builds their mounds As the ripe mangoes fall on the ground. An adventure that will lead to places Leaving on all its paths my traces. Permanents prints that will last Even when my life like history is past. And my adventure would be told as a tale That like time will not stale.

This muggy, sultry sun is no fun: Longest sustained heatwave for over forty years. Suffocating Sahara with Death Valley cracks In the dry arid soil. My electric fan shattered with a power surge Into fragmented plastic shards. I so miss it now. It’s oppressively tropical, With volcanic heat And Pressure bearing down on us. The clammy mugginess of a sauna. Not the clean dry air you find abroad, Yet still that remorseless torrid scorching, Roasting and toasting. Just too much. Hot air clothed in humid moisture, Stuffy and sweaty, Steaming to a haze And later Thunder storms. I long for a cool brew To freeze my throat And quench my raging thirst: Ice cool, ice cool, ice cool. I’m sure not talking Of tea. Paul Butters © PB 6\8\2018.

Until the Desert knows
Aapko paake aisa laga jaise humne apna khuda paa liya, Kami zindagi mein nahi hai koi aapko deke rab ne sab de diya. Zindagi ki har khushi mil gyi hai humein aap mile zindagi mil gayi, Is dil ki har saans mein aapke dil ki dadhkane hain samayi. In labon par muskurahat hai sirf aapse , Aapko pakar khushnaseeb hain hum bhut kasam se. In hawao ki sarsarahat mein bhi hai aapka ehsaas, Fark nahi padta kitne meelon ke ** faasle dil ke ** aap humesha pass. Aapke naam se poora hota hai humara naam, Hum humesha hai aapke sirf aapke sanam. Aapki har khwaiysh poori ** Sabse jyada khushi milegi humko. Jis kadar aap fikar karte ** humari, Mil jaati hai khushiyan saari. Achha lagta hai aapke chehre ki dekh muskurahat, Aapko khush dekh milti hai is dil ko rahat. Jaanejaan aap itne pyaare ** bhut acche ** Kisi ki bhi nazar na lage kabhi aapko. Ishwar humesha aapko mehfooz rakhe, Har janam aapki shivani humesha mere shivai ki rahe.

I love you dear
Spending Nights cheaply, television doesn't work, rats or moths, have chewed the wires, now a black square, sits quiet, Monk like, Enlightened, reflecting me, dust layer, my plastic texas radio, calmly, oozes, discharges, Jazz, my final cigarette, silently waiting, like the television, like the ***** patiently watercoloring on red lipstick, seducing not me, but my lungs, the ego. And I fantasize being in an Italian cafe, smoking, with low eyes, like a hill, with a Gold hungry man excavating for Fortune, or bones of Glory, and maybe a leaking pipe line, dripping wisdom. And a tall Italian goddess, walks, appears like a ****** magician, into the cafe, as the Italian Night, dances **** the stars like beauty marks, and quaint street lamps illuminating, sidewalk puddles, like jewelry, worn by an immortal belly dancing siren singer, who lost her voice, seducing Gods, now mute, cursed to ****** Man by her body. And she sits down, her legs dark like mud, but glistens like the hot Sahara Desert, and her scent, is not of Cacti and Lizards, but of Roses, but of Rust Michigan, over comes the roasting beans, like a house burglar, or a spider, creeping up on its fly prey, enters my nose, and my recollection of beauty, is warped, simply by the way she lightly, taps, her fingers, against her legs, like a light drizzle, on a tin shack roof, after a century of drought.

Became the fragrance of Everything that represented LOVE in nature The same LOVE for which Farhad cut a mountain to Carve out a river through it The same LOVE for which Majnun searched a dew drop In the parched deserts of Sahara The same LOVE for which Zuliet picks up a dagger to die Along with one's LOVERz-BELOVEDz Romeo The same LOVE for which Radha danced the whole night Around the trees of Vrindavam Singing the songs of Krishna Today the world remembers their names, date, time and place "Immortal, Eternal LOVE" For the same "LOVE" We all are born again To honor and fulfill The existence of nature For blessing humans The manifestation of LOVE The moment we are born The battle lines are drawn by society To keep us away from LOVE & LOVING The struggle of life is to fight An eternal holy war for LOVE Yet, against all dire circumstances The LOVE within all of us Brings with itself An inner strength and belief To go ahead on the path of LOVING Because history has shown evidence Time and again... That one in LOVE Is always "right" - A Winner From centuries That is what has happened For centuries This is what will happen In the surrender to LOVE In the kneeling of LOVERz-BELOVEDz The victory of LOVE is destined The triumph of nature is fated It is LOVE that Lights a candle in a storm It is LOVE that Sails a drown person to ocean's shores It is LOVE that Rises a fallen in the valley to its apex That is what exactly NATURE wishes To illuminate the darkness of LOVE Within the eyes of LOVERz-BELOVEDz **Oh The one I wonder about The Nature The skies and the earth The universe and the galaxy I bow to YOU - In salutation For making us born here To realize LOVE*** *

When the sun first shows its beaming face, at the break of a blissful new dawn. Your birds that exult with elegant grace, bid farewell to the night that's gone. Your flowers ornate your vast lands, of your priceless treasures they boast. The besotting Kilimanjaro that stands, dominating your east coast. You are home to the best precious stones, the land of gleaming clear waters. Garnished with skills and strong bones, you are served by your dutiful daughters. The soil that expands on your gracious vest, the equator that cuts your enormous chest, birds that bear your golden crest, are a few ideals of your daring zest. The treasured soil that fills your vast expanse, the gracious finesse in your every dance. From Egypt, to South Africa, Nigeria to Kenya, From the stupefying Sahara to the beatific Victoria. I love you dear Africa, The land of the wild, This poem is for you from your little child.

Africa
A pickle’s tip is not enough for you. Its going all in. Taste is a side dish, too. Savor the mooned lemons, the skin’s sahara’s, or the two parallel ulurus. Don’t forget your sin. You take food off the table– from your neighbours, too. Your hunger could **** Take your worn-out maps– old lessons of geography– skim your finger in between the iced caps. Kiss the foreign, the countries that don’t belong to you. Take it all, avariced **** *** to you, is a selfish meal.

khayalo'n ki kashti ka koi nakhuda nahi hota. khwabo'n ke samandar mei'n kinara nahi hota. kashti ko samandar me kinara miljayae. Jo meri roshnaai ko kagaz ka sahara miljayae.
