This world made of silver lined hopes,
stitched with sweetness and framed with glass.
It glitters with the colours of my imagination,
tucked neatly behind reality.
When will it become a sturdy stage
to caress and be carriage to my weary feet?
My souls secret has sleep paralysis.
I close my eyes to see beyond the veil of this dormant dream.
I’m wide awake but living a sleep.
Because my heart prefers the fantasies,
the lights of my soul unfold within their deeper sea.

How the spring greets the summer and bleeds to fall

Springs polite decline to winters invite
A harmonic fight

Bursts of colour
