What I like
"silence is worse; all truths that are kept silent become poisonous.”friedrich nietzsche like poking the hornet's nest with a stick, you are a rose with stems and thorns so thick, your skin is protection from oppression, keeping the world out of your private channels like i'm AM and you're FM all of which are static with distorted voices only science can pry through your enigmatic cacophony on a molecular level, and any evidence of who you are, i couldn't find with years of knowledge, a indestructible ship could speak more evidence about why it was annihilated, obliterated, disintegrated under the ocean for months at a time without any current survivors, and the last person i could be described as would be Sherlock Holmes every detail washes over my head like a flood of details that can't enter because a force field surround my head like it's a crown being so clueless, but it feels like i'm wearing a dunce hat and maybe i do realize that there will be a position where you will be put out into light there is no way out of your mind, like a schizophrenic, if kryptonite killed superman, can it **** the infectious virus spreading like wildfire through these veins, can you stop worrying about when you will finally break down and open up to someone? **** - kra

Life is too short, In the long run, For petty arguments and pain, The storm feels like it will last forever, So learn to dance in the rain. Many people will come and go, Enter your life just to leave, But in the end, God calls us all, Don't waste your precious time to grieve. Life and death go hand in hand, Forever partners in crime, Precious moments slip away, Its all the tricks of that funny thing, That funny thing called time. Is this all a simple game? If so then how do we play? Life has no meaning, Until you make it so, That's why you play, grow, learn, Waste your time then it slips away. Life is too short, In the long run, For petty arguments and pain, The storm will last for eternity, So I'm learning to dance in the rain, Life is but a fleeting moment, Done and gone in the blink of an eye, Repeating this process for centuries now, With no-one bothering to ask, Why? A Fleeting Moment
Folds, fur, creases and greases on your clothes Have you had a nice breakfast? No, no, it doesn't seem so. You've had a bad day since you've risen from your bed. Your hands are shaking and don't even notice it, Probably because of the nicotine hidden in the left pocket of your jacket. Ahh! Shut up! You were thinking! It's annoying! Get out! Get out! I need to go to my mind palace! Also, if you think that I'm a psychopath, I'm just a high-functioning sociopath. With your number! -smiles- Oh, John Watson? You've got a limp from your last war from Afghanistan. Your hand stays steady when you're suspicious or feel like you're being threatened. Hmm, you like the battlefield, don't you, John? Ahh, you can be my colleague! Come on, John! Wait, what? Who are you? The name's Sherlock Holmes and I live on 221B Baker Street. And, I'm a consulting detective who uses, The Science of Deductions

Sociopath, not psychopath.
I should have said no But maybe it was fear Or maybe the fact that he's a Polar bear He's got polar bear attitude with polar bear teeth And stands ten foot tall   on his polar bear feet He's the Killer King of the polar bear tribe And he fully demanded, that I must subscribe Subscribe to his annual magazine full of poems edited by his famous brother, Jackson Holmes Jackson is the one with artistic skill While King Romero takes pleasure in the **** He's threatened to devour people, and haunted their dreams then fed off of their, blood curdling, Gruesome screams But The magazine ain't so bad And costs just eight bucks But between you and me It's written by some imprisoned ducks

POLAR BEAR POET
I became Holmes, past knowing true: In every sense, I'd seek for you. Now, taking the cobbles consciously, Sick, mad, of the essence of this construct, Dismantling the ancien régime to see That I am all your stains in concert - I am made up of every last touch - Originality's a lie, save in The combination that you see - as such It is unique, but I still cave in At the dawn that nothing is my own, And much like as if you were a coffee I'd downed: I could not, for my life, disown The five million senses cutting me For the time, for every conscious cup I'd take and take again: Why should I dull And cut myself this way, a life made-up Of such a tannin-full ideal? My way as a writer is to fall In love, in my eyes, in yours, in raptures, In despair, in tough crowds, on God, to call On my muse and survive the ruptures Of worlds and heavens, both real and made, And feel the rain upon my face, but Lord, How often do I feel, and feel the raid, Engaged by scent, blush, needle, salt, word? All too much makes nothing, and I can't flee To seek another cup: I must seek me.

Contemplation is like fishing. Often my reason fails me and I cast out into the waters hoping I can catch that vital energy feel its power, its resistance, its strength that is elusive but I know is there and those moments of connection with that mysterious force give me energy. I am alive so I keep castings into the ocean knowing the elan is there, the verve that takes me from my mind to dance, to move, to swerve in that moment of now. Author’s Note: I bow in gratitude to Brian McLaren and Barbara A. Holmes for their wisdom that inspired this poem and kneel in awe and thanksgiving to all the fish I have caught over the years, for the excitement and nourishment – the life they gave me.

*"Well Mr Holmes, this is a nasty business! The victim, Ivor Biggun, has been stabbed! There was of course no one around to witness Although a few good suspects have been nabbed! Miss Sally Forth was reading ancient history Mike Hindle claims he too was all alone Miss Daisy Chain was reading a new mystery And Mr. Terry Bull was on the phone!" "My dear Lestrade, your blindness is your failing! Must I point out that awful ****** mess? The victim clearly crawled, his blood was trailing And then it seems he played a game of chess! Look closely at the moves, see what I mean? The strangest game of chess I've ever seen!"*                     H5-D5                     C8-C2                     E3-E4                     F8-C1                     D8-D1   MATE! My love, be patient, Your heart has become dependent, Upon my words and actions, Mixed with fatal attraction. My love, be patient, I love you more than words could describe, Love obvious on both parts from conversation, You can't imagine my surprise. My love, be patient, Admission of emotion is a powerful statement, It shocked me to realise how my heart jumps at the thought of you, It is your love I cling too. My love, be patient, Our time is here, No need to rush it, I swore my walls would be high, You pushed them down with ease, You didn't even have to try. My love, be patient, You are my inspiration, A sensation, Sedation, Your love is calming. Please know I love you, But my love, be patient. Copyright© 2014 Jasmine Bryony Holmes All rights reserved.

My Love, Be Patient
I wish the traveling circus were still around to run away to. It's not about being afraid to leave as much as it is needing a place to go. But my father was a mountain and my mother was a hole. And we're caves, mouths open and full of the cold. Been sitting so long myths have been made about the things that live inside us. The children come on dares to look in there. And yell in fear, at first only to have those sounds echo back. Then they laugh. There was never anything to be afraid of. Our bodies are full of that noise. Mostly the laughter. It lasts longer. It feels better. But is easier to forget because no one ever learned anything by laughing as much as being brave. You have to be scared to be brave. And moving from this place takes the strength of an earthquake sometimes. But you should know, your hands will never be big enough to hold all the rubble when the mountain crumbles. I remember when the cancer hit. The chest x rays from when they removed the portocath. Backlit, your chest resembles a busted cemetery gate from some ghost scene in a Sherlock Holmes movie. Broken. From letting all your ghosts go. And don't focus on all the things your hands can't hold. Your head fits just fine. Your hand. Cupped over your mouth to catch all your sighs. Can hold a cup of coffee to give to someone. Flowers. A poem. Tonight. Tonight you realize you're a mountain twice removed. A marble statue. So strong and so beautiful people will come a long ways just to see you.

Thou metamorphic god! Who mak'st the straight Olympus thy abode, Hermes to subtle laughter moving, Apollo with serener loving, Thou demi-god also! Who dost all the powers of healing know; Thou hero who dost wield The golden sword and shield,-- Shield of a comprehensive mind, And sword to wound the foes of human kind; Thou man of noble mould! Whose metal grows not cold Beneath the hammer of the hurrying years; A fiery breath doth blow Across its fervid glow, And still its resonance delights our ears; Loved of thy brilliant mates, Relinquished to the fates, Whose spirit music used to chime with thine, Transfigured in our sight, Not quenched in death's dark night, They hold thee in companionship divine. O autocratic muse! Soul-rainbow of all hues, Packed full of service are thy bygone years; Thy winged steed doth fly Across the starry sky, Bearing the lowly burthens of thy tears. I try this little leap, Wishing that from the deep, I might some pearl of song adventurous bring. Despairing, here I stop, And my poor offering drop,-- Why stammer I when thou art here to sing?

Tribute To Oliver Wendell Holmes
Next time I act like a heartbroken Holmes, do me a favor and let me drink it away. Words hurt what whiskey soothes. I catch your name drifting away on a nimbus, past the trees of someone else’s hometown. Your eyes are bean sprouts and your scent is divorce. Your fingers are still placid, not yet ****** from the scratch of anxiety. Eyebrows bow to nose bone in speculative uncertainty, confusing rainy prom nights with dreams of Hercules. One more sip of wine will detonate firecracker cheeks. I hold your hand in secret on desolate city streets, remembering the practice of lost lovers and drunk ******* in dead friend’s beds and falling down staircases in mid-afternoon moonshine. Our pasts intertwine, just as West-coast tourist traps fill family photo albums.

Regarding The Closeted Skeletons
We twist words, So they look like beautiful Cylindrical knots Than the lines they really are. Art is never really made out of Straight lines, It comes with curves, tangles, And mystery. Writers are liars. We embellish, we polish, We try to put as much spice in your Cup of coffee just so you can hear us Think. We lie. Hard. Yeah there's no such place as "hobbiton" And Sherlock Holmes was never a real person. And there's no district 12 where Romeo met Juliet. All lies. But yet, we love them. We scream feed us more. Writers are liars, but we also ****** Mirder out characters When we get bored with them. You think Moriarty was bad, See the man penning his words, His soul is darker than death. We are liars. And thats why we are good writers. Because we Don't need the truth to support ourselves.

Writers are liars
She’s lovely and petite, Long flowing blonde hair, The target of constant Unwanted attention, The **** of many crude jokes. Though you can’t deny it There is a kernel of truth To every stereotype. Shallow. Yes she is shallow. Shallow as the flood waters Three inches deep, powerful Enough to sweep your car Into a watery grave. Superficial. Yes she is superficial. Superficial as the thin layer Of paint on a Renoir or Monet Colors translucent and divine Deep and lustrous Transporting the imagination To a world of romance and joy. Clueless. Yes she is clueless. Clueless as Sherlock Holmes As he solves a mystery as dark And complex as any labyrinth With nary a clue, save for a trail Of breadcrumbs and a scent of Gardenia. Airhead. Yes she is an airhead. An airhead like the thinnest of air Atop the mighty Himalayas where Holy men choose to transcend the Mundane and commune with Spirits subtle and ethereal and ultimately Unknowable. The world sees her beauty and perhaps Only her beauty, but they are blinded By their shallowness, superficiality, Cluelessness and a brain wallowing In the clouds of misty ignorance. Therein lies the joke.

Dear Emma Watson - Shall we make love The object of Our spiritual quest Together? Surely an altogether Better option Than pairing you off In a commentary box With one John Motson Discussing twenty two Pairs of socks Chasing a piece of leather? If spiritual questing Is not for you I will make do With tightly tied pairs of shoes Existential emus, Sylvia Plath and Ted Hughes. Whilst hoping you find Your Sherlock Holmes, Miss Watson I will content myself with Cataloguing my collection of Black and white combs. I also have plots on Which I need to work - Wednesday Addams's love of Moon dried tomatoes Or Erica Roe Somewhere in Portugal Growing sweet potatoes For sale. Don't let anyone tell you There ain't no perks To being an Omega Male.

Emma Watson Receives A Proposition From An Omega Male

dinner theatre of the mad
Sherlock is indebted, forever; To Mike, For he made it possible for Holmes, To meet the (only) friend of his life. Oh look at John, How baffled he was, For he had just met a man, About him, who knew all. The army doctor thing, the Afghanistan war, And that his sibling was alcoholic, About this Sherlock was sure. Without a word about himself, Just the name and address, Holmes went away, Leaving John, with many questions, And their answers for him to guess. A queer flat mate, he was, a bit rude Sherlock, you know; Mrs. Hudson was nicer, But not their housekeeper! Apparently, SH would play violin to think, Knew it was DI Lestrade at the door, And there was another ****** Including this one, counting to four, Without a hint. The crime scene was sealed, Under supervision of Donovan, And according to Sherlock, There was something going on, Between her, And Anderson. A woman was dead, Wore everything in pink, Holmes deduced her marriage state, Just by her ring! He slammed the door at Anderson, For he (SH) found him irritating. “Rache is not for revenge”, Holmes said, “She was writing Rachel, obviously”. Left-handed she was, And was carrying a suitcase, But as Lestrade said, There was never a case. Mr. Holmes was so excited then, He teased others to be stupid, Watson helped him make a point, In order to find the criminal, But Holmes believed, The pink case was the cupid.

A Study in Pink (Part 1)
Let me vanish on a mythical journey. To afar away land. Let me be, shall I say Mister Myth. Place in the days of Eygpt. And from that land of wonder. I'll get around. Place me in the land of Israel. And so many things will be reveal. What seems concealed will soon emerge with truth? And I'll be enjoying it all on my mythical journey. The world itself is an amazing adventure. That holds so many secrets about it. But it's this challenge of seeking it. That makes our journey so mythical. Place me, within Saudi Arabia. And I'll be like Sherlock holmes just seeking clues. Because somewhere is a sincere heart signal. Which will lead me to you.

A Mythical Journey
**~~~~~Spoilers Ahead~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~** Didn’t know SH was so amazing, A second degree mind palace, He was keeping. What we watched in an hour, And were perplexed by, for days, Had taken place in his mind, In mere 300 seconds! Baffled with the news of return of Moriarty, He decides to solve a similar case, That had occurred 120 years ago. He recreates his whole life, Complete, With Irene’s photograph, In his pocket watch. Fits all the pieces in 1895, All, Including John’s witty wife, Then enters the ‘cleverer one’, And fatter this time, Having already made a theory, He asks Sherlock to do the leg-work, Because Mycroft himself is busy, Trying to beat his little brother. The game is afoot again, All in Sherlock’s complex brain, He exposes the truth, Of Mrs. Ricoletti’s death, Just as he was about to know about Moriarty’s, He’s is woken by his friend. But he goes back again, To complete the story. To solve the mystery, He goes to the Falls, To again finish the problem, The final problem. But this time John interrupts, In 1895, And kicks Moriarty off the cliff, To let Mr. Holmes happily, alone, Complete the fall. Now he returns to the present, With a smile conveying I-know-it-all, And he does know all about the villain, His death, his plans, And the rest.

The Abominable Bride: Sherlock in the 19th Century
My pen and I sit and write by the River Thames, The London Eye clear despite gazing through a haze. Questions rise, amazed am I, by my silent pen. Try do I, so why can’t I follow other men? Mulling now on thoughts and how they form inside the mind. Do they come with time, or like Holmes must one go find? Or have I overlooked a simply queer idea? What if thoughts collect like the staid hands of Leah? Famous poems, here were born-- but hordes have also died. All these words go unheard by many bards that tried. Trapped in Limbo words remain ‘til they recompense— Freed by one whose work’s undone, still unsure from whence. Never fret if an idea you ever forget, For here it remains, at the River Thames, in set. Waiting to be writ by a pen and hand so kind, For poets can clean the pollutants of the mind.

Thoughts on the River Thames
Eyes popping in distant stares I wonder if a soul inhabits the pair red hair, bombs, guns and drugged? The second killer nowhere to be found but was seen yet disreguarded and most unaware of the eye witness reporting Why cover the details? Something fishy lingers in the air Something remains unshared Motives so unclear but I heard holmes had an obsession with mind control The neuroscience student that spread so much pain and fear conspiracy surrounds like a think cloud like Sirhan Sirhan The scenes shrouded in mystery yet similiar Ever heard of the illegal CIA human research program Rockfeller Commission? Did you know he had a Neuroscience University? Fishy indeed

James Holmes:Case Closed?
Tick. Tock. Two hundred down. Pulp. Swindled minds flock so easily into their cages, sealed vents pushing gas into their lungs. Carpenter's masterpiece. Hooks hanging from walls, bloodied chains supporting old bones. Rot. Mirror image rooms kept secret, filled with decay and trapped ghosts. The neon sign flickering. 'Hotel'. Pulling the moths in with its fire, ready to burn them. Tick. Tock. Twenty seven around. Confession. The drugs were inefficient - they never slept forever. I had to help them get there. I was born with the devil in me and he sings like a poet in the shadow of evil. Gruesome. I feel their blood on my hands and I enjoy it. Tick. Tock. Nine were found. Possession. "Satan corrupted me, controlled me." "Innocent." "I am imprisoned within myself, I swear." "He made me." The lever is flipped, I fall. My neck does not snap. Instead, I struggle, the air being forced from my body. Darkness comes after the fond memory of a knife in my hand and blood on the walls of my ****** castle.
