It doesn't matter how hard I try
I never seem to get away
Cause after all you did to me
I fear these feelings will always stay
*Your lies I believed were the truth beneath
The pain recedes but the heart bleeds
My instincts were right all along
I’m just a part of your love song*
You see, I live my life in fear
Fear I won't succeed
And every small critique I get
Makes me once again recede
*My Iloveyous to you were inevitable
Like the sun emitting his ardor
Despite the moon in slumber’s nocturne
He shines brightly with fervor*
I live my life, always afraid
That I am not on the right path
And if I take one small misstep
I'll have to face somebody's wrath
*Time consumes me while I waste it away
Like grains of sand as I clenched and ran
Only to lose it
Again and again*
I am eternally scared
That all my judgments are wrong
And if I ever meet someone
They'll only like me for so long
*But then I met you out of the blue
You were trying to forget someone too
We sparked like fireworks in the night sky
But the fire burnt out and our colors faded hue*
I live my life in constant fear
I fear that you were right
I simply am not good enough
And I will not be alright
*Thank you for proving me right
That we were not meant to be
How could you love another light
When I was the one your darkness pleased*
But even worse than all these things
Is my terror that someday
I will meet someone else like you
And not be able to get away.

are sharper than blades
And their looks,
daggers that could tear a skin
Their eyes are blind,
can't see what's inside*
Like shadows they creeped
Stabbing backs and innocence deemed
Always lurking in the darkness
Justice they served
but lives diminished
*Your flaws are
something they gaze
The truth made me daze
The word equality is no
longer in their vocabulary
How can they fire bullets
without thinking the lives
they perceived
Trash in their brains
are twirling like a tornado
slowly messing their thoughts
slowly killing feelings, everywhere they go*
Dictated by their own free will
Cowered in fear as they
thought it was real
What they've seen,
deception in mutilation
Power overrule by those who torture
Torturing minds, creating lies
The innocent happily flying kites
But they cut it with pure contempt
Convincing they will get
that chance again
"Listen to the words you seek
Don't listen to a word they say
Do NOT listen to a word you've heard
Do not listen to a word you've heard
People are people we live for our own
Live how you think not by what you've been told"

We were once strangers
Merely passing by each other
Not noticing one another
Each presence does not seem to matter.
Now every second matter
Where you are and where you've been
My heart echoed to your beating heart
Our souls intertwined fate from within.
It happened fast
But I want to make our love last;
You made me believe in forever
You melt the ice that once froze my heart.
No more lying stagnant with remorse
You brought me back to life
Now I'm stronger than before
With you by my side
Nothing can go ever go wrong.
My days of yore may be clouded with sadness
But now you filled it with happiness

*The darkness that shattered her world was left behind. Ashes to forget, memory lost in the wind of no rewind
She finally took the narrow path towards a new life. Today, she stands so tall and bright. No one can bring her down, solid as a rock. There's no turning back.*
Selfless, relentless to fear
Everything that mounts to heights of frights, she's the warrior. Inferior to nothing. Candors of cadence impossible to break. Her heart made of mettle steel, nothing can make her falter.
All phobias are mundane
Except for one. That's when she met him at edge of the unexpected.
He sits at the rooftop alone everynight. Smiling to himself as he gazed into burst of constellations brimming with life.
"Is this love at first sight?", she thought
Past of men that broke her,
made her who she is today.
But this boy with a smile that could break her Titanic's Ice,
made her vulnerable.
With a smile that could break
the ice in her temple.
*The power he illuminates
can set her eyes on fire.
Her fast beating heart is jumping out
Thoughts scribbling every night,
'This is going to be a mess,
I can't decide'
He closed his eyes, feeling the euphoria flowing inside.
The chimes and the chill of wind are all he can hear. He slowly touched
his chest and feel the bliss
As he opened his eyes,
a scintillating star in his sight.*
Their eyes didn't meet, yet,
He glances back without her knowing tilting his head to the left, as she watched him from her window.
He was falling and sinking into her ocean eyes. Each glance makes him drowned and drawn deeper to her.
Yesterday was a blur, tomorrow is a vivid life. Within her is starting to tear with fear. Prayers of hope she will win and take the climb. She wants to grab the chance and be happy for once in her life.
Both having the intent to speak.
Both prepared to make the first move
But bartered smiles was all it took
Heart's stolen, melting ice
They somehow knew this love will last..
Forever.

You laid me down
You put the pieces back together
You made me whole
You gave me light when I had none
You've helped me through
You've been at my side when things went rough
You've been my friend even when I wasn't the best one back
Because of you,
I play basketball
I know how to say food
I've healed faster
I'm not scared anymore

Toes dip into the smoggy air
Count them down
10, 9, 8
Leaning forward
Diving into the city below
He ran as fast as he could
Tears streaming down his face
Reading that letter, flabbergasted
Every second mattered
As these stairs pulled him down
Deep breath in, exhale
Thoughts run rampant
A single tear falls down
She leans further ready to follow
She was about to plummet
As the sun rises, casting her shadow
Her shadow crying
Telling her not to go
His hand clenched tightly on her wrist
Trying his best pulling her back in
His tears form the stars
Their shadows cast upon the moon
She screams 'let me go'
Tears, drip drip drip
He took a deep breath
Exhaling, screaming his heart's out
"I've always loved you!!!
He doesn't love you!! But I do!!
And always will be!!!
So please don't leave me!!!"
She stepped back
Tears streaked her face
If he love her
The end could wait

Remember the first good day we spent?
The sea washed out the sand at our feet,
The city lights twinkled like the stars above.
Only, these were the stars we could touch.
It was the first I'd seen of your carefree laugh;
I told myself then, I haven't seen it enough.
I still haven't had enough of it...
*She said, 'The city lights are the stars,
They twinkle in the shrouded night.
**I have been waiting for someone
To help me reach for the light.'***
It's like I'm in a dream...
Were we together in our past lives?
I was holding this torch forever,
In the darkness, I could only burn bright,
For my neverending love, to seek the forgotten light;
To reunite, and spark into flames together,
Like the Sun, warming, burning, with it's light;
And I finally found you, through all those blackest nights.
*He said, 'If this was meant to be,
I will die over & over again to be in different eras with you.

the meaning of peace
when someone's dying every second
because of an empty plate
and weapons that end a fate*
**Who can we blame
For the massacre that never ends
Where lives of innocence
treated like ants
Ignorance of what we don't know
Blinded by the media who always
puts on a show**
*Why is it that we rage
when we have words
flowing from our minds,
giving all the answers
in a rough day*
**When will this end?
The earth's crying
"Please just **** me completely"
Viruses and disease
engulfs the poverty
But not the rich?
Are we really that blind to see
They preach justice but own the earth to attain power**
*How bad is the earth's wounds
as blood slowly drips
polluting the soil
creating trapped remains
buried deep in the ground,
never wanting to be found*
**Every cry of a new born child
Burnt, due to the one who
preached peace
But enslaving the innocence
Not able to savour the taste of the earth
Every mother bathe in blood
Crying in agony as the child dies**
Every day is a war that everyone must fight to survive...
but why do they choose to fight, when they can choose to live in peace?

**There lay sadness so deep in
his hazelnut brown eyes. It
startled her. Could this be
because of a mother’s love
that chocked him deep down
to the bone. Drifting away
through the black and grey
trying to avoid everyone who
came into his way. He found a
girl who was sad and blue. “I
might as well follow you on
twitter too” he said to himself.
Exchanging thoughts and ideas
they decided to stay together.
Become better and walk out of
the misery they lived through.
A date and two he found himself
drenched in her love. “How
could you be prettier than emeralds
and all the stars. How could you
be prettier than the fresh blood
red roses people leave for their
loved ones over their grey silver
grave stones ?” You brought me
to life when all I wanted to do was
stay home till death comes and
picks me away to the heavens like
they say. “The sadness in your eyes
told me that you need someone to
love you and stay” was all she said
while she looked at him straight
ahead as he blushed and turned ruby
red. Take this feather and ink and
write me down into your story. Ink
my skin with words of love. But let
me tell you one thing first I see
dandelions and happy wishes too
behind the darkness you hold inside
of you. And gardens about to burst
with wild flowers , butterflies and
daylights sunshine. He held her tight
and poems began to roll down her
arms and thighs**
*They made vows to be together even
after fifty. Promises seem like sweet
nothings and cheesy, but what they felt
inside was real. "Exterior is only what
beauty defined. Interior is where your
heart refines" she said to him everytime.
Their 'ILoveyous' never been feigned to
just saying it. Everytime those three words
versed out loud, they can feel their hearts
glued together. Beating to the same nocturne
rhythm. Both beautifully in tune, in sync.
Both of them knew this is how they truly
feel. Heart's that were once armored with
steel. Stolen and found their nest where they
truly belong. Like a ship that needs its keel.
They sail through stormy oceans to finish their
last song* ~

**He clenched it tightly
He'd only used it once
"You have to pull the trigger first son, and BANG BANG BANG!
You can **** anything!"
With intense intent on his mind
His verge for vengeance grew within, now it's time
To show the bullies how he feels**
*He glared at them with and intensity
of a malicious lion gazing at prey.
They stared at him back,
paralyzed and gaping,
surprised, scared, shivering at the sudden ominous
cloud around this figure that once shook with
the demons that clawed at his being every minute of the day.*
**Teachers deigned to his prowess
Consoling him not to shoot
He glanced at that kid who kicked him, sneered at how stupid he is.
He screamed with angst, blood streaming though his fingers.
Trickled to pull the trigger, this is now or never.**
*Suddenly,
a whimper. He glances away quickly to see
his little sister's eyes swim with murky waters.
"danny..."
He looks away.
Then, shoots.
one,
two,
three,
four,
five.
He smiles,
watches the chaos erupt the way his mind does every night,
stares at the crimson velvet beginning to crawl out of the bodies as the ragdolls crowed with terror of the dead,
ghastly large eyes , desperately hollow,
wanting only the warmth escaping.*
**He feels alive, for the first time he's the fire to ignite the dark
Burning everything within his grasp,
Dictating any norm in his way.
The silence preaching him, Feeling remorse of that obscure stance.
He ruptured every enmity that denotes innocence. Screaming, "WHY DO I STILL FEEL SO ******* EMPTY!!??"**

*She whispered to the
blue shy sky secrets of
love.While he told the
silver moon about his
online crush.Winters cold
breeze carried their words
above making the roses and
tulips flirt and exchange kisses
and hugs. Does he love me does
he not? Does she love me does
she not he thought. Angels twirled
at heavens doors as they watched
the young two blush from above*
**He never believed in online dating
But this girl got his feet up his lips
He was crushed by a few in the past.
But fate has its twist as they met on the
net. Both made a comment on youtube
Only two on the comment box. Only two
love the same song. "He's pretty cute."
"We love the same song!" The two started
exchanging emails That's where fate laughed
out its sparks**. *Sparks that were brighter than
those we see in Central Park.
This was it they lit up each other's
dark. Getting all excited to meet up
in real life. He held her hand and that
was when she knew he's an angel in
disguise. Exchanging smiles he said "I want
you to be mine". "I'm willing to love you till
the end of time" she said. Laughs and
giggles spread they both felt light headed
and like little kids. I love you they said as
their lips first met* ~

**Never experienced the
light before he came. She
only had the dark to blame.
Sitting hours alone in the dark's
violence that ruined her home.
Sitting on the grey stone near
the river bank almost broken
and ****** She felt him pat
her back. Tracing her tear
stained face with nothing but
his fingertips while the other
hand was on her shirt with
black lace. We'll get through
this hand in hand he said. While
pushing away the dark clouds
above her head. It was only a
matter of time that he proved
to her what he said. Sun's light
shined down on her face. Making
her smile light up with grace**
*Every rubble he'd seen, fear cowered
for the first time. As he became stronger
to save as much lives possible. He never
knew what love meant, until he met her.
It was her eyes, its like the rainbows mixed
together to emit that ethereal iris. This heart
of his, will mourn to the world if she'd been
gone from him. It was with her he found his
forever*.
**Being together would complete his life.
He wanted her to become his future wife.
They spent hours exchanging words of love
soft kisses and hugs. Day after day they
got more attached. It was obvious that they
perfectly matched. Adjusting wild flowers,
daffodils and dandelions in her hair. Oh so
pretty how they blend like a chameleon
when left on a branch or a chair. She felt that
her heart started to become more aware of
the love they both share. “How could I be
unaware of such beauty , it makes me forget
the word afraid” he said**.
*Even if the world we're living in is dying.
Even if our love were to be short lived. I'll
be with you till the very end" she said. They
could see it, as their lives disappearing in sight. They clenched both their hands tightly
and render to the justice that preached hope
but enslave innocence. But they were content
till the end. They died together, their souls
embark on a new journey. To eternity, to a
forever after. Together* ~

She always wondered what would it be like
To have that kind of love you see in the movies
Those moments where the guy stood in the rain
Singing in a coffee shop and the spotlight's on her
Screaming 'I LOVE YOU' at the top of the Eiffel Tower
Just someone who's willing to go the distance
Means the world to her
She didn't realized 'Fate' was already near
On a Saturday 27th of June is where everything changed
She's on the streets of Dublin with her friends
Listening to their favorite band playing
Their eyes met as he was packing his stuff
Her friends saw this & planned ahead
She was diffident at first, reluctant to progress
He made the first move & the magic begins
They were both drowned in conversations
Eyes locked on each other
Hoping this natter never ends
They met again on a Sunday to watch him play
But this time little sister is there to speculate
It was hard making moves
Both eager to land a kiss
Both didn't want to leave
He had to leave the next day
Back to Australia where his dreams underway
He made a promise to meet her again
But fate has its twist and they had to wait
She had to go to Portugal on a holiday
Where he's back in Dublin again to play
He's willing to go the distance for her
He'll be back in September
To fulfill that promise
Endeared in notions of affection
Waiting for that fateful day
Two days was all it take
For a love like this
