En l’an trentiesme do mon aage Que toutes mes hontes j’ay beues… Pipit sate upright in her chair Some distance from where I was sitting; Views of the Oxford Colleges Lay on the table, with the knitting. Daguerreotypes and silhouettes, Her grandfather and great great aunts, Supported on the mantelpiece An Invitation to the Dance. . . . . . I shall not want Honour in Heaven For I shall meet Sir Philip Sidney And have talk with Coriolanus And other heroes of that kidney. I shall not want Capital in Heaven For I shall meet Sir Alfred Mond. We two shall lie together, lapt In a five per cent. Exchequer Bond. I shall not want Society in Heaven, Lucretia Borgia shall be my Bride; Her anecdotes will be more amusing Than Pipit’s experience could provide. I shall not want Pipit in Heaven: Madame Blavatsky will instruct me In the Seven Sacred Trances; Piccarda de Donati will conduct me. . . . . . But where is the penny world I bought To eat with Pipit behind the screen? The red-eyed scavengers are creeping From Kentish Town and Golder’s Green; Where are the eagles and the trumpets? Buried beneath some snow-deep Alps. Over buttered scones and crumpets Weeping, weeping multitudes Droop in a hundred A.B.C.’s

Sitting a top a cold mountain I was thinking to myself As I had my eyes shut, Wrapped in warm clothing Bottle of whiskey at my feet Listening to the eagles soar, The trees swaying, The clouds sweeping through I imagined this warm feeling Her, laying there naked Velvet sofa with a book in hand Legs wide open and tanned She was so pure so clean She bare her beauty to me Soft delicate skin raised my hairs I could maul her with my thoughts But I decide to just eat her Eating between her soft legs As she read and drank champagne Moaning after each sentence she read She would put strawberries in my mouth As I licked away at her lips I dipped my strawberries inside her Since I had no whipped cream I was stone and she was flesh An energy so pure in the night Then, I opened my eyes In front of a fire, I sang "To hold you at my fingers tips, To cherish the gold in the world, To be set free forever in my mind"

While in the mean time
_1981_ They came in like diseased eagles; mutated forms of those they wore on their chest and with the change once again in the weather, the ZOMO swooped in to quell what was ‘wrong’, what would bring them down. They run in the streets as well as the miners, running for different reasons and different aims. I look down, out my window and see the army helmets littering the street like rats.             Police.          Rats. I could no longer see a difference. My father went to work that morning. I clutch my doll knowing the chance of seeing him again is             Miniscule.   Poor. There is no more cereal in the cupboard; there is no more cereal in the shop; there is no more shop. The ZOMO set it on fire when the word                           Solidarity appeared in the window. “We are closing the border for the safety of the People”             Incorrect.     Unjustified. For the safety of You, the Elite. “Nine killed in mine shooting” Which side? Only the ZOMO carry guns.             Fascism.       Communism. I could no longer see a difference

Inventor Sam invented a life Full of bright and sunny days With clouds in the sky, peacefully passing on by, And beautiful birds singing in all sorts of nice ways. Inventor Sam, with a wave of his little right hand, Invented mountains that reached up towards the stars And with a wave and a flick, in an instant, quite quick, He made rivers and valleys stretched out afar. Inventor Sam, what a grand little man, Invented some animals too He called them Zebras, Giraffes, and Orangutans Even people like me and like you Inventor Sam then sat back to enjoy all that he made But he noticed that something was missing Not apples, nor reindeer, nor trees and their cool shade Not eagles, nor bananas, nor snakes and their hissing Inventor Sam looked closely at the animals that stuck out Those on two legs, with little hair and one tiny snout, They walked aimlessly around with no purpose at all Stiff legged and hollow like fragile china dolls Inventor Sam then sat up with a smile on his face For he knew what would be his very last application With a wave of both arms, and lightning for effect He made people Inventors with their very own imagination. -BPW  12/27/2013

The wheel of the quivering meat conception Turns in the void expelling human beings, Pigs, turtles, frogs, insects, nits, Mice, lice, lizards, rats, roan Racinghorses, poxy bucolic pigtics, Horrible unnameable lice of vultures, Murderous attacking dog-armies Of Africa, Rhinos roaming in the jungle, Vast boars and huge gigantic bull Elephants, rams, eagles, condors, Pones and Porcupines and Pills- All the endless conception of living beings Gnashing everywhere in Consciousness Throughout the ten directions of space Occupying all the quarters in & out, From supermicroscopic no-bug To huge Galaxy Lightyear Bowell Illuminating the sky of one Mind- Poor! I wish I was free of that slaving meat wheel and safe in heaven dead.

Someday I'd like to wander free like butterfly, like bumblebee, perhaps to plant a willow tree beside the silent solemn sea, before these things exist no more, from mountain top to shifting shore, when, soon, bald eagles cease to soar and build their aeries nevermore, and fish forsake polluted streams (where sulfur swims and typhoid teems since no one really cares it seems) to die inside our toxic dreams while ice caps melt and winter steams, and all the air surrounding reeks as children choke, for no one speaks of fracking wells or oily leaks (Big Brother's silenced all critiques!), and rancid rains acidify so woods no longer multiply (for God so wills, we can't deny, which is, of course, our alibi). And as the deepest ocean fills with plastic bags, and garbage spills upon the plains, across the hills and turns to poison dust that kills wild dingo dogs and daffodils which sink in swamps’ forsaken swills, the mocking bird makes light and trills (midst waning wails of whippoorwills) "Behold the surreal scene that chills and greet the dread that death distills! You've had your day with all the frills that brought the flood and final ills that can't be cured with bitter pills nor yet undone with further thrills of profit gained that grinds and fills dead desert sands with dollar bills." EPILOGUE Though swaddled still in infancy, we feel we’ve reached our primacy (aloof, though preaching piously, disdaining deeds of decency) and have no need of augury. But in the pit of prophecy the crucial questions seem to be: “Is doom Earth’s fate, our destiny to twist in tides of agony destroying nature’s progeny with no return a certainty assured by death’s finality?” and ”Should we plant a willow tree to someday weep for you and me?”

All your life, you've wished for wings While I've learned the notes the ocean sings. To stroke the sky where it hugs the shore, To ask the waves if we've met before. You took your first flight as I was learning to float, You build yourself a catapult, I dug myself a moat. Both our hearts are equally blue, And neither one has learned to hide. Like lovers' eyes, you're lost inside- Intoxicating, infinite, new. We'll gallop together on common ground, Sea horses with eagles true love have found. No wind nowhere, dear, ever behaves, The sky weeps tears and the sea laughs waves. Where sky meets sea at the end of the world, Where they kiss and intertwine to the beat of their song, With the sun as a lone fiery partition, That's where we belong.

Where Sky Meets Sea
Through the laurel branches I saw two doves of darkness. The one it was the sun, the other one was lunar. I said: 'Little neighbours where is my tombstone?' 'In my tail-feathers,' the sun said. 'In my throat,' said the lunar. And I who was out walking with the earth wrapped round me, saw two eagles made of white snow, and a girl who was naked. And the one was the other, and the girl, she was neither. I said: 'Little eagles, where is my tombstone?' 'In my tail-feathers,' the sun said. 'In my throat,' said the lunar. Through the branches of laurel, I saw two doves, both naked. And the one was the other, and the two of them were neither.

Casida of the Dark Doves
Hear ye, hear ye hearken from the medieval times of old where knights in the round once roamed jousting with deeds fought in truth and honor to protect the weak, the helpless, the oppressed with an ideology lurking since the dawn of time that all are born free, unshackled from contrived ordeals only to soar high with the eagles to become one with the heavens and bask in the glory of serving the frailty and holiness of mankind Hear ye, hear ye it’s Merlin conjuring a magical spell for the spirit to behold, to marvel, new stages of self-enlightenment where the essence of the King invades sleeping visions possibly foretelling ominous events awaiting new missions or predestined journeys one must endure to become so bold in knowledge and wisdom offered, living in this world’s mold not necessarily realized, instead shrouded with unimpeded urges akin to the signs found in youth, immaturity, the close-minded Hear ye, hear ye the quest to sip from the Carpenter’s silver chalice and taste charitable love for family, friends, and foes where reckless pride and hatred are speared with the arrow forged in devotion of a noble belief, tempered with selfless feats where the sun rises and sets on the wicked actions of human nature slaughtering the divine lights prematurely, locked within many souls yet crusades against evil continues, no retreat, no regrets, no surrender price to uphold the spirit of Camelot, payment in full, services rendered.

In Search of Camelot
The sun shines as I fly; As I fly  high, as I fly low There is a question on my mind 'Where is it that I'm trying to go?' I make some noise, I spread my wings I join my peers in an aimless flight. I ask myself; Where is my purpose? It's not before me. It's not in sight. The eagles hunts the rats The vulture eats what remains The parrot sings with its pretty wings And I sit, in my nest, all grey and plain My friends, my brothers and all the others Never feel that something is amiss We have no role or goal or greater calling Is our purpose just to exist? The humans don't seem to like us Other birds think they're superior We eat worms and spread germs Our other talents are unclear. We sit, We sleep,  We **** We eat An endless mundane routine Sometimes,  I feel there must be more; That our purpose is there, it's just unseen There must be a reason for our creation We can't be such a usless species We're just a nusiance to the world Finding answers won't be easy. My mind is made; I begin my journey. What is my purpose? I must know! Over the trees, the sun sets As I fly high, as I fly low.

The Aimless Pigeon
The world watched as Hope entangled itself around the minds of the willing. They watched as Justice took its first breath as the seed that sprung from Freedom's ***** An illegitimate child of chaos, born a burden to a crutched nation. The world looked away as dozens of corpses piled up into skyscrapers. Skyscrapers, for eagles to perch and nest their wealth over spilt blood. Forgiveness was wrapped around the mouths of the unsatisfied. Muted screams of those whose hearts were set ablaze with vengeance. Hushed down by Nelson Mandela's words of healing over wounds of discrimination. Now up and about,a nation on its feet, embarking on this journey of union and peace.

Tonight I learned what it means to be mortal. To have a fifteen year dream crushed publicly. To smile and be the man that lies, “it’s ok, God has better plans and I trust that.” Tonight my wings were clipped and I was sentenced to a life of soil and toil, forever forced to watch the eagles in orange soar in the clouds and sky that I know I was created to own. I love this place because it is more of a home than I have ever known. It is pure and navy and orange and majestic. I wanted to serve it and glorify my king and this institution. Alas, no. Not I but the vultures. How is it that carrion dominate? How is it that prestige trumps passion? How is it that title and gold trump heart and integrity? I lost respect for my home. I feel as if a stranger in my own walls. I gave more than sweat and blood and tears yet they were swept under the carpet to rot. Fester and rot. I hope my passion and time as leader was well spent, it was and always was for you, tiger, not me! Always! I sharpened your claws and defended your teeth until they ****** me. Why. This is not how it is supposed to be. I pray this love and three year passion was not for non. Not for me, not for nametags or orange jackets, not for titles or for comfort but for passion and unbridled love of the institution which ****** me have I served. I have yet to work through what I’ve learned through this but tonight I know a chapter has ended and it hurts. It’s not that the chapter ended and a period was placed and the next began, it’s the end of the climactical chapter and the next pages are blank. Existent, yes. But blank. And the white on the page pales in comparison to orange and blue. I hate white and it’s idle uncertainty. I hold the pen but tonight my hand was severed, my limbs they rot, and my heart is numb. I am jello and I am free. And I hate, with every inth of my fibrous being, this freedom. I miss my chains.

With the onset of the sun in the horizon, the little creatures awake And dance and sing melodies tantamount to a group of chortling people Oh, how i wish such convival sights be captured And played back on repeat everytime you feel low As vagabonds they fly in search of food and shelter And when the sun does set, off they disappear in their nests Robbing the nature of its beauty For every day they have to give a survival test(from their carnivore counterparts) The broke pigeon was no different, her eyes gleamed better than Cindrella's did The vicissitudes of life had rendered it to be a mendicant. But she was a resilient creature and she continued her fight everyday Her condition started to exacerbate when she laid 4 snow like eggs Gathering twig by twig and working for an entire afternoon meticulously She made a perfect home for her babies which were about to hatch Be it a human or a bird, mothers always foster the children Off she slipped into a reverie of a bright future with her kids But the evil nature had its own sinister plans Her thoughts were interrupted by a cacophony of sounds of other birds She knew the sound was ominous Peeping out of the nest she saw a dozen eagles encircling the tree Her blood ran cold, she wrapped the eggs around her and a teardrop made its way from her eye The leader of the eagles stoop towards her and hit her with a beak The broke pigeon pleaded for its life saying-"I will offer myself to you as soon as my kids learn to fly" The Machiavillian eagle agreed at first, flew up high, leaving the broke pigeon to heave a sigh of relief The sigh was a short lived one as it swoop down with two other eagles on the broke pigeon Performing an act of utter perfidy, there was a sly smile on its face Turn by turn they devoured the broke pigeon And kicked the eggs down the nest It was a brutal ****** much more heinous than the ones we see But there was none to witness the fate of the broke pigeon And even if there were, they'd never know the events that transpired Never know.. never know.. never know..

On an ebony bed decorated with coral eagles, sound asleep lies Nero --- unconscious, quiet, and blissful; thriving in the vigor of flesh, and in the splendid power of youth. But in the alabaster hall that encloses the ancient shrine of the Aenobarbi how restive are his Lares. The little household gods tremble, and try to hide their insignificant bodies. For they heard a horrible clamor, a deathly clamor ascending the stairs, iron footsteps rattling the stairs. And now in a faint the miserable Lares, burrow in the depth of the shrine, one tumbles and stumbles upon the other, one little god falls over the other for they understand what sort of clamor this is, they are already feeling the footsteps of the Furies.

We walked amongst the ruins famed in story Of Rozel-Tower, And saw the boundless waters stretch in glory And heave in power. O Ocean vast! We heard thy song with wonder, Whilst waves marked time. "Appear, O Truth!" thou sang'st with tone of thunder, "And shine sublime! "The world's enslaved and hunted down by beagles, To despots sold. Souls of deep thinkers, soar like mighty eagles! The Right uphold. "Be born! arise! o'er the earth and wild waves bounding, Peoples and suns! Let darkness vanish; tocsins be resounding, And flash, ye guns! "And you who love no pomps of fog or glamour, Who fear no shocks, Brave foam and lightning, hurricane and clamour,-- Exiles: the rocks!"

The Ocean's Song
I try to sing this melody Of my own fidelity But I lack this morality That tells me the reality Of a life in harmony With spirits heavenly I am my own entity And when I show this identity It has no truth to humanity So I speak in brevity To hide the perplexity That only few conceptually Embrace with full integrity To soar in the clouds joyfully Like the eagles in serenity And the gods of heredity We are the truthful society Yet know one knows it verily I will continue transcendently Like the lotus in her artistry I will paint mindfully The visage of prosperity In all its beauty So vividly Until I rest solemnly In my garden above the galaxy Where all who truthfully Flew with divinity In utter tranquility While this world unfaithfully Decayed presently In the lies of commonality In this globe of duality Don’t sing this parody Avoid the practicality Your song is skillfully Hiding from the animosity You will have your symphony In a sky of pure unity

A Song Skillfully Hiding
The anvils rang and the hammers rose To beat out bright blades of dwarvish steel These were blades for elven kings For soon the wars would rage The Mordor hordes were marching From the blacklands they would come Bringing death and desolation To the green and pleasant lands But the elven hosts were marching Alongside dwarves and men And the eagles circled above them Eyes searching every vale and glen Bright were the swords of the elven kings Tightly strung the bows Heavy the axes and hammers of the mountain dwarves Long and fierce the spears of men The horse lords rode there on the flanks And also in the van They would be the first to fight When the orchish hordes came into sight Orc riders the target for their spears Wargs the targets for their swords To buy the times for the elven kings To form their battle lines

Of Elves, Dwarves and Men
We've been walking Underneath these city lights For far too long. That we forget The grass is a mother's breast, Soft as the night she was married, They are calling you home. Home to the tree that you breathe from. Home to the noose that you swing from. The North East is so cold, And it's not just the weather. It's a place where Even the clouds are Robbed of their ability To soak in the sun. Where every "Promise me this" Is the chain to a boulder, Where even eagles Acquire a taste for flesh. You would think That in a place with so much fire, You would feel a beating heart Inside the pebbles skipping. Across a sea of people, On the day that your Aspiration became dreams. We are all human, But not everybody wants to be- Some of us want wings Made from candles, but never really learned how to swim. -come. A little closer. Let the fire in our bellies Melt our cities into ashes, We will take them to our mother, And ask if we can come Home.

It is so peculiar of man to desire imperfect, But that's just the way to getting perfect, In the quest of love, We only never find what we seek, Pride squanders what we desire most, No accolade will pride bestow, As love wont emerge to your blind soul. For as long as you soar as Eagles, The fattest Mice will be for Owls of the dark. Love is stronger than pride, Though pride soars great heights, Love grows even when a man is dying, Pride never. Except your pride despair, Love being greatest to you shall never be fair.
